Vincent is here and what an amazing company. Vincent is an excellent guy who knows his stuff very well. I would recommend olivero plumbing to anyone.

They charge a minimum of $115 no matter how long the job takes. If you ask questions about the invoice and "Bill" is your plumber, expect him to come banging on your front door at 7 AM the next day.

We have called on Olivero for all of our plumbing needs at our 105-year-old house, from sewer issues to toilets to leaks. They are prompt, efficient, clever, and very knowledgeable. The best!

Olivero Plumbing figured out the complicated problem and solved it after three other plumbers either declined to do the job or over bid because they could not figure out what to do. It was easy to schedule the appointment, they were on time, repaired it as proposed. 5 stars for the effort.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you have a Hot water heater issue, call them first before you buy a new unit for brand recommendation. (Rheem) is finicky and 99% of the time ALL plumbing companies will tell you to buy a different unit before they even come out to look at the problem.

To start, I have no plumbing knowledge. Even if you think you can fudge your way through it with a very handy boyfriend (Jon) who has some plumbing knowledge and is very intuitively smart.... It is best to call an expert like these folks that helped us out today.

My brand new hot water heater (Rheem) I bought at Home Depot and hauled up 2 flights of stairs (Jon hauled while sick) was either leaking or my connection was leaking, I had no flow pressure for my hot water and there was water filling slowly into my drip pan. I was afraid the heater would need to be completely scrapped and we would be out $700. I was out of sorts to put it frankly, and my HOA recommended I call a plumber.

I called Olivero Plumbing Co,, Inc.( referred by Tom @ Val Betti Plumbing) Julie, customer service, picked up my call and I was so grateful. She is calm and centered with lightening fast response. She took down all my contact information, managed my expectations, and made me relax in a really stressful situation. Bill responded within the hour to survey the damage and David, (plumbers) came out as quickly as he could with additional parts and his assistance. They were patient, polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I felt very comfortable the whole time as they swiftly went to work to fix my unit. They answered all my questions and made the whole process a lot less painful and stressful. Not only that, but they were incredibly good about cleanup and overall concern in customer satisfaction.

Again, I HIGHLY recommend for any plumbing issues.
