They were able to send a technician on the same day I called. The technician that helped me Bryan I was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to identify the problem and fix my heater very quickly. I will definitely call these guys whenever I have hvac issues.

Elite Heating & Air has serviced our previous heat pump for many years. We’ve been so pleased with the service from technicians like Alex, so we asked him to give us an estimate for a new system. Today we had three installers to set us up with a new heat pump, a whole house fan and upgraded insulation. Kirt, Greg and Eugene were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They handled the install without a hitch. We look forward to many years of now having Elite service our new system!

I was really disappointed with the service received yesterday. I anticipated that our problem might not get solved, but your technician didn't even make an attempt. We paid $100 for him to say that he had no idea of how to work on this older system. He left not knowing if there was a short or a failing igniter or anything. There was, literally, no effort made.
In the past, I've recommended Elite to probably 10 other people that I've known and worked with. I have to rethink all of that now.
