I called for a quote and asked the guy where they service, and when I told him I'll think about it before booking, he just hangs up on me. Rude!

I wanted to call for a quote, person helping me stated they would have the people responsible for that call me. I received a call from a widely different area code (in California, caller ID was from Illinois) where someone simply confirmed my contact information and had me verbalize that they had my consent to contact me, then forwarded me to another person who asked the same exact things. Something seemed fishy so I ended the call.

I had a great experience working with this company for my landscaping and drainage issues. What started as a drainage problem could have easily turned into something much bigger, but they were able to help me resolve it quickly and professionally. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they were always punctual
and reliable. The quality of work and overall service really stood out to me. I’ve been so happy with the experience that I’m now using them again for my driveway project. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a company that’s dependable, professional, and easy to work with. -

Great place for everything you need for your growing hobby.

A large home depot with a large garden center. The location is very good. The service is spotty, some are very helpful and friendly and some should not be serving the public.
-
House plant section use to be so good. I guess the lady that use to take care of the plants retired and now they don't to carry that many and the selection is the same everytime you come to this store. Do better

Always takes a while to find things and difficult to get help but do have the selection of products. Help with screws can be difficult if not impossible. doesn't have a lot of smaller screws. might be missing some specialty lights. good garden dept.

I came here after visiting East Bay Nursery and there were few more plants and pots we needed. Good selection of indoor and outdoor plants. Great variety in terms of plant types and sizes. Unbeatable prices compared with smaller size nurseries. Lots of options in terms of nursery pots (not the heavy duty ceramic ones) but didn't like their overall shape. Pots were way too big for the plants we bought but got few pots since I was in need. Might need to change later or if we repot.
Definitely not the same feeling compared to local and smaller nurseries where you get so much one on one time with the shopkeeper but this was more affordable for us.
We ended up buying 8 pots and 6 plants such as 2 snake plants for the bedroom (was very pleased with size, quality and price), 1 bromeliad plant, 1 ming aralia, 1 peace lily and 1 croton petra (good size and price). -
Beautiful garden, while the plants looked a little dry 🥲

Highly recommend Reppard’s Landscaping for your landscaping needs.
I hired John and his crew recently for a major overhaul of my front yard. It entailed: removing and/or pruning some of the existing plants, planting new ones, removing the existing irrigation drip lines + installing new ones, a new water valve, and installation of new edge stoning. From the time I contacted John, he was prompt in responding, setting up a time to meet with me, and providing a recommendation. John was very professional, communicative, and his pricing was very fair and transparent. Throughout the project, John and his crew went above and beyond, providing additional value. What particularly impressed me with John was his creativity and eye for design, which was very helpful when setting up this project. He had ideas on the layout & plants to select from. Lastly, John’s foreman, Juan, also provides ongoing maintenance, which I highly recommend.

John Reppards Landscaping transformed a chaotic yard with a crumbling hardscape into a dream garden straight out of “Sunset” magazine. I had a landscape designer draw plans based on my rough sketches and budget and emailed them out for bids to landscaping firms that either blew me off or bid more than twice my budget. I was disappointed to realize the design as drawn was not possible to build within my budget. When I emailed John he got back to me right away then stopped by to look at the drawings and the yard. I hired John’s friendly helper Carlos to do weeding in my front and side yard while John and I went over the plans and brainstormed on how to modify them to fit the budget. John gave me some pavers catalogs to look at which opened up a whole world of paver styles, textures and colors I had no idea were available. I was so happy to find out there is such a thing as a paver circle kit which was much more reasonable cost and less labor to install than flagstone. John followed the drawings with modifications we agreed on, and did great work building the arbors and raised beds. I wanted to reduce reuse and recycle as much as possible and was delighted with the gate John built by modifying an old security door with wood inserts he custom cut. John’s helper Carlos built a gorgeous 16” raised rock garden bed out of existing stones I had around the old pond and broken up concrete chunks from the old walkway. This was a big complex project in a tiny yard that required lots of puzzling out how to move or work around existing garden features I wanted to save to make room to accommodate entirely new hardscape construction. Adding complexity was the need to move two large pet koi from the in ground pond they’d been living in for the past 2 decades to a new bigger above ground ( Kim’s Ponds) pond. John was so patient with the challenges and always gave me good ideas when I asked. Some of my favorite elements of the new landscape were John’s ideas. For example he suggested I use the gray decomposed granite instead of the gold I had in mind for the pathways. He said his past clients always ended up happier with the gray and, that it would compliment the house and pavers colors I chose and he was right, I love the pathway look now! Another great idea John came up with while we were brainstorming a solution to integrate the existing deck with the paver walkway and patio. He suggested a wide shallow step along the length that transformed the deck into a more useable space better integrated with the garden. John is very easy to work with, responsive and prioritizes clients satisfaction. If you can hire him for your gardening project you are in luck.

We had an amazing experience working with John and his team. They completely transformed our backyard over the last several weeks and we could not be more thrilled with the results. We are still pinching ourselves that this is our yard and feel like we gained a new room in our house!
John and his foreman, Juan, had great recommendations throughout the project to ensure that the end result was exactly what we wanted. The quality of their work is top notch and far exceeded our expectations. We are so glad that we chose to work with them. He built strong trust with us from the initial design stage, in which he patiently popped over three times to answer questions and make adjustments. This is our first house and this was the biggest project we've taken on - John and his team made it a fantastic experience and helped put our minds at ease throughout the project. We can't recommend them highly enough! -
Call him! Good work for reasonable pricing
