Francisco is great at his job! Meticulous.neat and knows his paint. He painted and repaired a lot of wood and stucco on the exterior of the house. They completed on time, worked hard and left everything clean.

Francisco is wonderful. He and his team did excellent work in a short amount of time. They were a pleasure to work with, extremely professional, and hard working. I will not hesitate to use them again!

Aside from being an all-around great guy, Francisco did an amazing job at my condo in a short timeframe. He came to me highly recommended by people I trust and did not disappoint. Francisco does very high quality work at very competitive prices! My wife hired him to repair some damaged drywall in her living room and garage, and he ended up re-texturing the hallway and kitchen as well, plus repainting the garage, all for an incredible price. My wife in particular appreciated that he explained everything that he was going to do and why that would give the best results before he even started the job - all without talking down to her. After seeing the finished product I asked him to refinish the front door which had weathered on the outside and had been badly scratched by dog claws inside. What we got was a door that looked brand new for about the price of buying a new one - without having to pay the extra $600 for installation. He even came on Sunday to finish the job! What a pro!

Fransisco and his crew finished painting the exterior of my house, replaced a wood fence and corrected stucco damage with care. The job was completed within the time promised and the results are great! This is the second job they've done for my family and we would use them again.

Francisco and his team did an awesome job making repairs to our walls, bannister and front door that were left by previous owners when they moved out. I can’t even see where the repairs were made. If I could give 10 stars I would Francisco and his crew did an amazing job I couldn't of been happier. My wife and I were in overheads with a slab leak we had drywall ripped out our bathroom was torn apart we were very upset. I was tired of dealing with crooked contractors so I googled residential painter in Escondido. Pro home improvement was the first one that popped up. I called and scheduled a time to meet with Francisco he showed up right on time with paint samples in his hand. My wife and I picked out our colors and set a date for Francisco to come out and do a sample. The colors were a perfect match we were so excited and couldn't wait to see what the end results were. As soon as Francisco entered our home he noticed a lot of paint and drywall defects that stood out like a sore thumb. He said he was going to take care of this and he did along with re-texturing my entire ceiling in the kitchen. This was something that I didn't ask him to he just suggested that it be done. After working day in and day out on the weekend the job was finished we returned home with a smile from ear to ear. We couldn't have been more blessed to have met Francisco. I have already referred him to family and friends I hope you read this and hire him for your next project.

I had nothing but a great experience with Fransisco and his crew. The end result was beyond my expectations. This was the first home improvement project I did that was not a need, but a want. My house was a nasty yellow-brown color with dark green trim that I hated. Now when I pull up to my house and see the new blue color with light grey trim, I smile.
Fransisco worked with me to make sure the color was exactly what I wanted and talked me though each step along the way. The end of the last day he walked me around for me to double check to see everything was alright before they left. I would recommend these guys to everyone.

Francisco and his team were EXACTLY what our 30 year old wood siding needed. In addition to doing an excellent job painting the exterior of our odd, 3-story home, Francisco handled major dry-rot, cracks, siding replacement, carpentry blemishes, faded metal fixtures, and work in locations that were seriously difficult to access. He knew what to do right off the bat and it’s obvious that he takes pride in his outstanding workmanship - he really wants his work to look good and goes the extra mile to make it that way. He fixed things I didn’t even ask to have fixed, but certainly needed to be.

Francico and Eric did an amazing job on my old farmlike home. It had a lot of work to do to get ready to paint and they did such a great job! it looks amazing now and I couldn't be happier.
They took the time to go over the paint details with me to make sure we were on the same page and answered all the questions I had in regards to the esthetics of how things could be and much more.
I have other projects that need to be done and they are the ones I will definitely ask back to complete my projects!

We are getting our home ready to sell so I contacted Francisco to get some touch up work done. When his arrival time was delayed he texted me to let me know when he would get to us and arrived promptly. Francisco knew just what to do and got to work. He is meticulous and did an excellent job. He is extremely pleasant to work with. We asked him to do some additional work on the exterior of our home so he will return at a later date for that. Highly recommend him!

Francisco did an outstanding job on our house; first he patched the stucco, previously damaged by water, and then expertly matched the paint on our exterior to the original house color. Finally he took delicate care to prevent paint running off on other areas before spraying. It looks amazing and just like new. I will be giving him more work in the future.
