My battery backup system worked great except we realized the garage door was not backed up. Very difficult to open the garage door. I have contacted Solar Negotiators and was told that was not a problem at least a week ago and still have not heard if and when they will come out to set that up. Other than that all is good. Savings are for real. Thanks.

Solar negotiators set me up love my solar. Just make sure when you get solar you get more than enough to meet your needs. No one likes paying and electricity bill and a solar loan off at the same time. This is the first year I've had my system my true up was only $102. Solar was a great switch for us.

I have been with this company since 2018. RJ sold me on why I needed solar panels. And boy has it paid off! I refer them to everyone I know. No problems with upgrades to the software or hardware. They handle these issues as soon as they can. Free panel cleaning every year. Don't be left out in the heat, call them asap! I am glad I did!, Edward.

Solar Negotiators has been a great company to work with. Customer service has been top notch. They keep you well informed during the whole installation rocess. I contacted them months later about a small issue with my roof; they were quick to come out and remedy the issue. During the whole process they have contacted me plenty more times than i have contacted them. I would def do business with them again.

I needed service because a panel was not producing. The service technician determined that the micro inverter was bad. Now you would think that being an original customer that they would know my system and show up with a new micro inverter in case it was the problem. But no, it would require another service call. Each service call was $375 for a total of $750. The technician let me know when he left after the first visit that he would order a micro inverter and be back when he received it (You would think that this would be a stocked item). But here is the real problem; they never kept me informed after the first visit. I finally called after a month to find out what was going on. They couldn’t tell me but would get back to me. They did call back and scheduled the appointment to replace the micro inverter. It took 6 weeks to get it repaired (6 weeks of no production).

This company put solar panels and batteries on one of my houses. I spent over $35,000 on the project. Yet, my electric bills have only decreased by about 20%. This makes the break even point for the installation approximately a decade from now! I will say that their customer service in terms of responding to my complaints has been excellent. But they never should have put solar on this house and I had two companies prior to this one decline to put Solar here due to too much shade.

I was able to get connected with Solar Negotiators after my solar company went bankrupt. They jumped right in and started taking care of my solar needs. They've been great and I get my panels cleaned twice a year. I wish I went with them from the beginning.

I had solar installed about 3 years ago when my PG&E bill was rising with no end in sight. Solar Negotiators replaced part of my roof (per city requirements) and installed the solar panels associated equipment with no delays. As usual, the only delay was PG&E. Since the solar installation, my highest electric portion of my bill has been the $11 fee for connecting to the grid system. Solar Negotiators also clean my panels twice a year on a service contract. I could not be more pleased with the service. Solar Negotiators are simply the best!

Working with Robbie on our system was a very positive experience. The entire team was great to work with. We had a couple minor issues during the installation but everyone was very accommodating and got them resolved quickly. Solar Negotiators is now the company that cleans our solar panels. They show up when they are supposed to and do a great job cleaning the panels and keeping us informed on the condition of the system. Very happy with the service.

We really love our solar from Solar Negotiators. They did everything they said. Set up time was great, didnt take long at all. We have had 2 tru up times already and had a credit both times. They monitor our panels, come and clean. They are the company to go with for your solar panels.

They were close in price to another company, but we just felt more in the loop with our whole solar plan going with Solar negotiators. We had an issue with our inverter and they notified us, came out and fixed it all under warranty. We have been pleased with our low true up bill, the cleaning plan and our overall experience. I have to say that working with this company has been the best choice I have made. What a great experience. From the sales rep. Justin Beck he is very transparent and honest. Justin has saved us a lot of money. Also the service representatives James Ramerez and Jesse Mendez were very professional and honest. I was here on install day and James was more than willing to show me how they mount the solar and keep it from leaking which made me more at ease knowing they were drilling into the roof. I have already referred a friend and he is happy as well. I will continue to refer friends and family as I know they will do a great job for them as well.

I have experienced other solar companies in projects I had no control of selecting who the business was being done with. Honestly I have never found anyone better for installation, service, and staying in business like solar negotiators.
