This was the third time I contracted CRS Construction and they did a FABULOUS job from quick estimation, started one day ahead of schedule and FINISHED TWO DAYS EARLY. They UPGRADED many of the materials including insulation, drywall, paint and even the shelving in our custom cabinets which they repaired after water damage. The cabinetmaker skills of their craftsman was amazing. I worried I might have to replace a full wall to ceiling custom cabinet with marble top, wine cooler, shelves with pinspot LEDs, but CRS carefully replaced the damaged doors and drawers PERFECTLY. All the joints were prefect. The complicated soffit and crown molding joinery were precise and the painting and texturizing flawless. They also did some touch-ups in adjacent walls and moldings (no change orders!). Each day work areas spotless made our living-in enabling us to live at home while they replaced living/dining areas. THIS WAS THE MOST COMPLICATED OF THREE JOBS and CRS EXCEEDED MY ALREADY HIGH EXPECTATIONS and got DONE EARLY!

We just got our kitchen remodeled by CRS. Not only were we impressed with the craftsmanship but the process was excellent. We met with Joseph initially to discuss the budget and cabinet layout. George went over the schedule to let us know which trades were showing up when and how long they’d be working. Each day the crew arrived on time and swept the floor clean on their way out. We had no idea where to start but Joseph made it easy! Came out, took measurements, and proposed a layout that made the room feel twice as big! He suggested the patterned floor tile which ended up being the best part! Three weeks start to finish, no surprise charges. Everyone who uses that bathroom always comments on it now! We were living in the house the entire time and honestly it wasn't bad. Crew cleaned up every single day and kept the mess contained to the work area. We changed our minds on finishes twice and Joseph never made us feel like we were being difficult. He spent time helping us get the island placement right so the whole room flows better now.
