Never in my life have I had a business owner dismiss me like he did. This was the second time I called for a quote - two stump removals. First time he came out to quote said the job was too small, which I understood. It’s a business. So, I decided to add a tree removal (pine trees make a mess) and have him come back to quote. We planned on 8 a.m., he showed at 7:55 a.m., called and said he was outside. I kindly said I’d be out in just a few, I needed to get my 3-year-old situated. I walked outside (maybe at 8:02) and my gardener had just pulled up and started asking me about a few shrubs we have, at which point I waved to John and said I’m so sorry, I’ll be right there. Literally 1 minute passed and I started walking towards John to discuss the job. He was so dismissive, stating he never waits longer than 10 minutes for a client, he didn’t need this job and was leaving. Shoeless, I walk quickly towards him apologizing for the morning’s craziness and he waved his clipboard in the air saying again he didn’t need this job, he has other jobs and he was leaving. He turned, got in his truck and drove off while I was still standing a few feet away. I’m still in shock by how rude this man was to me. He came highly recommended by a friend AND I already had given his number to another which gave him work. Sadly, this will be last time I recommend him and his company. No client should ever be treated so disrespectfully.

I've used Ski's Tree Service more than once and each time their work has been exceptional. They have pruned to straighten trees growing crooked, gotten rid of trees, and pruned back trees for me. Each time they arrived at the time set, did a skilled job, and cleaned up leaving not even a pile of saw dust. I highly recommend their services.

We have used Ski's Trees for the past 3 years and been totally delighted with their response, service and skill. They are artists and the crew comes out and quickly does their work leaving our yard spotless and undamaged. We have 13 trees on our small residential property that are mature so we know what we are talking about. They know what they are doing and their trimming makes our trees more beautiful each year increasing the curb appeal of our home.

Nova tree solution came in right when we needed them . The quote was reasonable, everything got done in a timely matter and of coarse they where very careful and kept anything from damaging or falling into my neighbors property line. Thank you so much again👍🏽

If you need tree work done, Mario and his crew are the ones you want. Not only do they perform their work in a complete manner, but Mario is knowledgeable about trees and can give you information and advice. They left my yard looking exactly as they found it. I would highly recommend them and will call them if needed again!

Great communication, punctual, courteous, neat and tidy and have reasonable prices. I had them trim eight apple trees and cut down a locust tree that was dangerous and close to power lines. I am recommending them to everyone I know and I will hire them again for my next tree issues. Thanks guys!

We used Nova to remove 150 foot poplar tree that had been damaged by lightning and was at risk of falling on the house. Not only were they professional and made quick work on the removal, they cleaned up the area before leaving and were an amazing value as only charged half of what some other big local outfits charged. We would most certainly use them in the future.

We called Nova Tree Solutions on a Sunday morning , they came out the next day at 9:00 am. Mario was very professional and cleaned up all the debris from a large fallen branch. I highly recommend Nova Tree Solutions to anyone in the Mid-Ohio Valley area.

If you are looking for some professionals to trim and shape your trees, these are the people to call. Efficient, neat and have a great eye. They are extremely knowledgeable about all trees and take great care with them. They are the best.

I’m impressed. I messaged Mario and within 12 hours, he was evaluating my dead Ash trees. Submits a bid which I accepted and he said he would be at my house to remove 10 dead Ash the following Sat st 8 am. His crew of 4 guys did just what he said he would do. Cleaned up, stacked some wood, cut up an extra stump no charge and finished in about 7 hours. I’d recommend him and will gladly use him again when I need more tree work.

The men who came out and cut down an old tree for us, were very respectful of the surrounding property. They clean up any mess they've created and were even kind enough to cut our tree up in small enough pieces that we could use it in our fireplace. I highly recommend this company and would use them again when we need too!

Mario was excellent to work with. He answered calls and questions quickly and provided the best estimate for the tree we needed removed. My mother said that she was very impressed with not only the tree being removed but that Mario and his guys cleaned up every little limb and raked. She said you can't even tell they were there.

The Nova Tree Solutions crew was professional and courteous. They did a precise, thorough job trimming a very tall, very overgrown palm, and cleaned the yard before they left, including blowing off the patio and banks. I will certainly call them again.

Mario and his crew did an outstanding job on a very complex trim. The tree he worked on is the second largest Bur Oak tree in WV and it was very important to me to have a professional preserve this treasure. He and his crew were very skilled and his safe practices are 100%. I would highly recommend him. His pricing was very competitive.
