Great service, Showed up one hour after my call. Wet carpet from leak in living room. They set up blowers and extractors and gave me a quote for the full operation. They returned, when promised. finished the job, much under the initial quote.

With water flooding in 3 rooms and me in a panic Martin came to my rescue and was able to handle all the details and knew what to do and who to call for additional help.

Martin from Cotty restoration is an excellent choice for water damage restoration. He is very professional and knowledgeable with his work. I had an water damage at my house. So I called couple water damage repair companies early in the morning but they whether not answering the call or telling me they can’t come because my house is not in their service area. Martin answered my call promptly and set up an appointment best time that works for me. He came and inspected my house and explained me in a very detailed manner. He showed me which area might got water damaged and explained me how the process will go thru and what will be happened when restoration begins. He also generated a water damage report within a day that i could just simply send it to my insurance company. I would definitely recommend him to others.
