After looking at a couple completed jobs by Shofani Construction, I decided to give them an opportunity to bid my remodeling project for my Kitchen and Bathroom. Sam is the best! He is professional, timely and dedicated to ensuring the job is done and done right. The owner really jerked me around and had no respect for my time. He offered to give a loan for my project when he got back from his roughly two week vacation which he completely ignored emails throughout which was very frustrating but I understand. He gets back and suddenly decides to lend to someone else the money instead of me because he says they are paying more in interest and fees, yet he didn’t seem to want to give me the opportunity to pay what they are paying and instead just went straight with them. This has thrown off my entire timeline and delayed my project and I felt like the owner could care less.
