Needed some electrical work done at the office but wasn't quite sure what I needed. Freddie from Tercero was able to diagnose the issue in no time and repaired the electrical panel and replaced the old faulty wiring that was running through the building. I use to enjoy purchasing my electrical supplies and material from here but over the past 3 years it has changed. Bad customer service, over priced and no more knowledgeable professionals that understand the electrical business. Today I went to get help with some LED modules I purchased from them over a year or 2 ago(keep in mind LES modules have a 5 year warranty) they sis not want to helper out. I have shopped there and given them a lot of my business over the years with not once complaining but today I needed help for the first time and they just laughed at me especially Danny's son. Ever since he came on board that place is not what ot was when EDER was there.

We didn't end up hiring these electricians in Hawthorne due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, but they were very pleasant and organized. Thanks for being willing to jump to our aid in a pinch.
