I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering FUZION3 for their home automation and security needs. I spent $40,000 on their system with the belief that I was investing in my family's safety and security. Instead, I've received nothing but frustration, broken technology, and complete radio silence from their so-called customer service team.
When I made this substantial investment in FUZION3, I did so with specific expectations. I was assured that if any issues arose, they would be proactive in helping me resolve them. I was told that with a premium system comes premium support. I chose Fusion3 because protecting my family is my top priority, and I thought spending $40,000 would guarantee a reliable system backed by a company that actually cares about their customers.
I could not have been more wrong.
The App Doesn't Work
The Fuzion3 app, which is supposed to be the primary interface for controlling my home automation and security system, is fundamentally broken. It doesn't work correctly, crashes constantly, and when it does manage to load, the functionality is so unreliable that I can't trust it to actually secure my home. For a security system that my family depends on, this is not just inconvenient—it's dangerous.
Customer Service Has Abandoned Me
Here's what makes this situation go from bad to completely unacceptable: Fusion3 will not respond to my emails. I have sent multiple messages requesting help, asking for technical support, and simply trying to get answers about the system I paid $40,000 for. The response? Nothing. Complete silence. It's as if once they cashed my check, I ceased to exist as a customer.
I didn't spend forty thousand dollars to be ignored. I didn't invest this kind of money to be left on my own with a broken system and no support. This is not how you treat customers, especially those who have made such a significant financial commitment to your company.
A Pattern of Problems
After doing more research, I've learned that the owner of this company apparently has a history of legal issues and lawsuits. It's now clear to me that they simply do not care about your home or its security. They care about taking your money, and once they have it, you're on your own. The lack of response, the broken promises, the non-functional equipment—it all makes sense now. This is a pattern of behavior, not an isolated incident.
Broken Promises, Broken Trust
FUZION3 promised to be there for me. They promised proactive support. They promised to help me fix any issues that arose. Every single one of those promises has been broken. I trusted this company with my family's security, and they have completely let us down.
My Recommendation: Stay Far Away
I cannot emphasize this enough: do not make the same mistake I did. Do not trust FUZION3 with your money or your family's safety. There are other home automation and security companies out there that actually value their customers and stand behind their products. Fusion3 is not one of them.
Forty thousand dollars later, I have a non-functional app, a security system I can't rely on, a company that refuses to even acknowledge my existence, and an owner who clearly doesn't care about leaving customers in the lurch. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and the stakes—my family's safety—make it all the more inexcusable.
Save yourself the money, the frustration, the potential legal headaches, and the sleepless nights wondering if your security system is actually working. Choose literally anyone else.

Amazing service! I called Super Power after one of our kitchen outlets short-circuited and got scorched. We didn’t feel safe using it, but we couldn’t shut off power to that outlet without also turning off our refrigerator.

I had already called 3-4 other companies, but everyone said they were booked out for at least a week since it wasn’t considered an emergency. When I called Super Power, he said he was finishing up a job nearby and could be here in about 30 minutes.

He replaced the damaged outlet, inspected our other kitchen outlets, and tested everything. He even labeled all the GFCIs and swapped out a couple of old, yellowing outlet plates for us. He was thorough, professional, and kind. Pricing was very fair and transparent. I highly recommend him and will definitely call again for any electrical work.
