They left my property destroyed. It looks like a war zone and they pretend to not speak english when confronted. The icing on the cake is I caught them sleeping or sitting in there truck multiple times when they were getting paid to work. The idea that PG&E has contracted them to do work that isn't being done and wanting to raise our electric rates at the same time makes me want to scream.

I do not recommend this company. The city hired them, and they regularly show up on my property without notice or permission. While on my property, they damage trees and flowers, trample the yard, cut down my backyard garlands, and leave behind large branches and debris.

I put a lot of time and effort into keeping my backyard beautiful and well-maintained, so this is extremely upsetting. I will also be checking to make sure nothing has been stolen, since I have many valuable items there and was not present when they caused this mess.

I will be filing reports and leaving reviews every time this happens. If it continues, I am prepared to take this to Small Claims Court to protect my property and rights.

Eric was wonderful to deal with. The work was high quality and at a very reasonable price. We hadn't cleaned the property - tile decks, stairs and sidewalks - for years and now they look like new. I would highly recommend Radical Pressure Washing.

Eric was super friendly and very professional. Homeowners insurance had canceled for algae, mildew, mold, moss. After getting the roof pressure wash the insurance renew our policy. Cristian and Victor work very hard and They also removed any dirt that got to my neighbors on each side. I gave them a tip for the wonderful job.

Radical pressure washing did an amazing job in our backyard patio and concrete area. Eric was meticulous, thorough, took his time, and helped to remove all the stains and dirt from the concrete grooves. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

Víctor and Eric were amazing! Victor did an amazing job explaining how important having your driveway sealed is. My father in law was very impressed on how knowledgeable Victor was. We are actually waiting on a separate quote! Our initial need was getting our driveway power washed but after speaking to Victor we will move forward to a few other things that need to get done around the house. Pressure wash work was great. Eric (owner) was very professional and immediately reached out when I had a question in regards to our pressure wash. It was a pleasure dealing with both of them and look forward to working with them again soon!

Radical Pressure Washing Company did a nice job clearing out accumulated debris from our rain gutters, pressure washing our roof to remove build up of algae, pressure washing our rain gutters, installing Amerimax rain gutter guards / filter screens to prevent debris from entering rain gutter, and washing all of our windows.
The business owner Eric, and his team Anthony, Chris, and Jose were professional, very friendly, cleaned all work areas, and they are a pleasure to work with.
Prior to starting his company, Eric served in the United States Marine Corp Infantry.

Very professional and responsive. Came and cleaned my solar panels same day, did an excellent job. Much appreciated

They did a really great job. They even did a small test area with the chemical they use to make sure it didn’t have any adverse effect on my stone. They cleaned everything off with out leaving any signs they were ever there. I had some really deep red stains in my stone left behind from cutting the trees. I tried scrubbing and pressure washing but nothing worked until Radical Pressure Wash came out. Great company.

First let me say, Eric has the pressure washing business on lock. He was very reasonable and beat the price of everyone I called. I am absolutely pleased by the extremely professional techs, Christian and Kenny, who came over to do my roof. They were very friendly and explained the process in detail. They did everything they said they would. They left my house looking brand new! I would refer this company all day! Thank you Radical Pressure Washing Team!

If I could, I would give Eric and Radical Pressure Washing ten stars! We needed to have our patio and driveway pressure washed and a trash can cleaned out in advance of a party. He was able to get stains out of our patio concrete and left our concrete surfaces looking brand new (quite a feat since the driveway is 40+ years old). Radical Pressure Washing is a veteran-owned company and Eric responds very quickly to inquiries. He is a consummate professional--friendly and very attentive to detail. We look forward to using Radical Pressure in the future to clean our solar panels, wash our windows, and have some junk removed. Highly recommend!
