Really horrible service and they dont know what they are doing!

The technicians are excellent, repaired high end older refrigerators & stove, plus showed up this weekend during the heat wave to fix my A/C. I highly recommend them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. COMPLETE CROOK HAS NO IDEA WHAT HES DOING. PAID $2000 TO FIX OUR COOLER AND IT STOPPED WORKING AGAIN UNDER HIS WARRANTY TIME AND HE REFUSES TO COME BACK OUT. TAKING HIM TO COURT NOW AFTER THIS. WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN HIS REVIEWS BEFORE WE HIRED HIM.

REGARDING YOUR RESPONSE YOU ARE ALSO A LIER NOW. YOUR FEEDBACK DOESNT LIE ABOUT WHAT TYPE OF PERSON YOU ARE. WHICH I HAVE IN TEXT YOU REFUSE TO HONOR YOUR WARRANTY. PARTS ARE STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. IT IS UNDER THE WARRANTY TIME TABLE. YOU ARE JUST A CROOK. IM NOT WORRIED ABOUT GETTING MY MONEY BACK I KNOW I WILL. IM TRYING TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T TAKE DO THIS TO SOMEONE ELSE. YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

They are amazing. They got parts that couldn’t be found previously. I have a very old classic O’keefe & Merritt stove. The repair man was amazing and fixed my oven, my broiler, and the springs for the oven door. I highly recommend magic touch.

Coordinated many times, they would only come when we were closed. Never saw the work they claimed to do actually get done. Required deposits, cashed our checks, equipment still doesn’t work.

Horrible!!! Wish I had read the reviews! If you have an appliance that's too old to give you an error code, it's not worth calling this company to figure out what's wrong. Just buy new. Charged me $149 just to come out and guess five different things that might be wrong with my washer. I should have asked them how much new parts would be for all the various problems before agreeing to a house call. It's more than buying a new washer. I do not trust their ability to diagnose a problem. Sounds like others had the same experiences me. $149 down the drain

Awesome service. Same day service. They came to the rescue. They were able to fix the loud noise from the dryer. Reasonable price to repair.
