Amazing service... very professional! I was starting to get roaches from neighboring apartments but by building wasn't able to provide pest services for another week and a half! Just a heads up, the review was also posted on Yelp. The visit was back around 1/8/19. They say that if you do a great job, it's harder to get people to leave you a review. I'm sorry to say that it's true. But La Canada Pest deserves a 5 star review. Before I forget, I wanted to also thank David for coordinating and calling to make sure I was satisfied.

Nothing more unsettling then when you hear a critter under your house while you're trying to get some sleep in the middle of the night. We knew we had something living under the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Like some folks, we waited until we just did not feel comfortable sleeping in the same house. We found La Canada Pest Control (LCPC) on Yelp and gave them a call to make an appointment. They sent Josh the same afternoon, to get a look at the house and plan for his next visit. He described all the possible access points he found. He described the best way to attack the issues. We agreed on a price and he was back in 48 hours, on time, as scheduled. Josh rodent proofed in the attic, the roof (including the vent pipes), and around the house - in places that you would only have seen either crawling on all fours or on your back. We knew we still had the critter in the house and it was even more evident after Josh rodent proofed the house and it couldn't get out. Josh set some traps the day he did the rodent proofing, and came back twice to check them. On the second visit, he found that the trap and caught a rather large rat under the jacuzzi tub. After disposing of the rat, Josh cleared out underneath the tub (the rat was nesting there and the area had rather large sticks, small branches, twigs, acorns, whatever it could find to make a nest), vacuumed and sanitized the area underneath the tub. That night was the first night in weeks that we literally did not worry about being woken up in the middle of the night because of odd noises coming from the master bathroom.

But that's only part of the story. During Josh's first day inspection, our discussion went from wasps to termites and he told me that they could inspect the house too, since they had a guy in-house. Josh, paused the inspection, called Victor and he was there the next day for the free inspection. Victor also arrived on-time, as scheduled. He suited up and proceeded to inspect the attic and under the house. He took a while and from the sounds of it, he was thorough and went to every area he had access to. Considering it was 8 years since we moved in, we were rather fortunate. We didn't have any termites in the attic or the garage, but there was the beginnings of a mud tub in one location under the house (raised foundation), under the kitchen sink. The buggers were forming the tube in a small crack in the foundation, but the tube had not yet reached the wood. In addition to that, Victor found one spot that had mold and told us that we had a leak under the master bathroom's shower - but that's another story. Victor came back two days later (had to get the chemical to mix on site, and the amount correct), took down the mud tube and sprayed the tube remnants, the crack, the floor around the tube...saturated to prevent any repeat customers. In addition to the spraying, Victor also cleaned out what he called "fast food" for termites, old cardboard, drywall, wood debris from the bottom of the house. He also treated the mold and recommended that we try and get the leak looked at as soon as possible to prevent more mold from returning. All in all, LCPC is what I would call an all in one service when it comes to termites, pest control and removal. We could not be happier with the service from both Josh and Victor. A seasoned home owner should have a few reliable companies on speed dial for different issues that might come up around the house. We now have La Canada Pest Control added to our list.

Responsive and great service from David. Also offered 30 day warranty but he took care of problem and was considerate in moving pillows from infestation site.

I’m glad I tried La Cañada Pest Control for termites issues! They are all working hard people from David to Victor and Jose! Very professional and dedicated to their job! They take care of the business seriously! I ended up hiring them for rodents proofing and the bi monthly maintenance to take care of the ants, spiders and other insects problems!
Victor spent a lot of time making sure he got all the spot it needed to get treated for termites!

My only complaint about La Canada Pest is that they are in such high demand it took a few weeks for them to arrive. But the wait was worth it. They did an excellent job for a fair price. I recommend them heartily.
