I’m going to start by saying IMS used to be good. I was a customer for years, but since John sold the company the customer service and quality of work has gone down the drain. Overpriced and shoddy half measure fixes that end up needing more repairs. Such a shame that I used to be able to rely on IMS.

Laithe came out the very next morning on a Sunday and took his time determining what was wrong. His price was more than fair. He was able to get the coil we needed in just 1 day and was at my house to fix the AC. He works really hard and barely stopped working to drink a glass of water I brought him. Very high quality work , he has our AC running ice cold now. Laithe is super honest he won’t sugar coat it for you but will tell you with confidence what the problem is without charging you crazy fees for doing tests just to determine the problem. I highly recommend his services as a real customer who used him.
