I own sewers 4 less been in business 30 year, never in my life I have seen so much bad work, my camera has be back 6 times .located never has worked,now I have a problem because my camera is in LA am in bay area,and pro build or so cal what ever it's called will not send my stuff back,Nick is a can say but if you deal with this guy you know.im going to take them to court am done.first I got to go down there 500 miles or see if I can get someone close to ship it back.there day is comming.

Dishonest and by for the worst products you can purchase. Save yourself the headache and money. Go any where else! If your stuck with there camera like me pay cash, crooks drop there price that should be free due to warranty by hundreds.

Customer service is terrible- had a camera for 2- months and monitor quit working. After speaking to two customer reps trying to get them to send me a new one told them I would just order one on Amazon for $23.84 free shipping. Lousy company when a customer is not worth 23.84 after spending $1000.00 +.

Highly recommend these guys are fast very knowledgeable .we run our sewer camera inspection company with all their stuff 100% satisfied.
We also have Ridgid seesnake sewer camera that we take to get repaired we make an appointment and it's done the same day there's even been some emergencies where we take it in that same day it's done I am completely happy with this company I recommend you use them definitely worth the 5 stars

Camera was shipped bad was a cheap built horrible craftsmanship. I called they acted as if i had done something to break the item. They jerked me around for a few days and finally took the unit back refunded my money and i went and bought a real camera just beware you get what you pay for.

These guys are the BEST. Brought in my Goldak and these guys took care of all my issues same day which was huge for our small business. Josh was very knowledgeable and definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Our company had a sewer camera that was not responding. SoCal studied it and replaced what was needed, since our cable had gotten a little bend in transport they fixed that as well as a courtesy. I would highly recommend this company. They kept in contact with us and did a super job! I would give them a 5 star for sure!

The video camera we purchased from them is junk. This will be the third repair on the unit in just over a year. The LED lights went out so they upgraded the Led lights. The upgrade lights lasted 2 uses. Now the camera will be down yet again for repair. The spring had a kink in it after a few uses. We sent the spring back but that was not covered. We bought a new spring for $20 and it kinked on the 2nd use. The video picture is poor quality at best. The camera is color but it does not show color well at all. We will not recommend SoCal Sewer Equipment (Pro-Built Tools) to any other businesses. We will be going back to Gen Eye. Remember good things are not cheap and cheap things are not good.

i recently bought two uses sewer cameras from a tool rental place.both cameras needed repair.I called these folks because they're a service repair shop that serviced pro built tools sewer cameras.Im all the way in Indiana these folks are in California, so instead of me shipping the units out which would have cost around $350 , they were able to diagnose the problems over the phone and told me what replacement parts I needed.they sent me the parts I needed ,explained how they needed to be installed and voila' a little while later and they're working great. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.they were honest ,knowledgeable and easy to work with.I appreciate their knowledge and valuable time spent helping me out of a jam.

Josh was Great, very helpful and always looks into helping the customer. Even as stressful as I can be he kept his composure and made me feel welcomed. Thank you for your guys help defiantly will recommend you guys. Plus a few months ago he sold me a raptor jetter twin motor and I LOVE IT.

I have had great experiences with Josh at The Sewer Camera Center. I have had a couple issues with my sewer camera and my monitor over the years from normal wear and tear. Everytime I have been taken care of by Josh with quality quick service. I appreciate all that you do for me and my company Josh. Thank you for everything!!!

CUSTOMER BEWARE: This business received a Goldak leak detector from us back in 2017. They were paid for the repair and they NEVER returned the equipment to us. When we didn't hear from them for a while we figured that they were still repairing the equipment. A few months later they told us that the equipment was abandoned and they sent it to their manufacturer. Odd, so we told them to return the leak detector to us and they said that it was too late. Of course they claim that they tried to reach us many times to pick up the tool, but somehow they were unable to get a hold of us? REALLY? We manage a 24/7 business there is no way anyone cannot get a hold us us, impossible. The owner is not very pleasant to deal with, told me that they don't babysit their customers. Needless to say, we will be taking them to court finally. I will be updating once the process takes off.
