I am doing a full remodel of two baths and came here looking for faucets, baths, and sinks. In other words, a large purchase.

1) this store requires face masks, yet the three employees in the showroom were not wearing masks. I can understand if no patrons are in the store, but shouldn’t they have put one on when customers were inside?

2) I walked around for awhile with all three employees seeing me. It took awhile, but one finally said hello. But not “can I help you?” or anything else. I was the only customer in the showroom.

I’ll take my business elsewhere. You should, too. Plenty of other small businesses that care.

We are remodeling a home and purchased 3 vanity bases, countertops, and sinks. At first we were not going to get the countertops/sinks because we were looking for different colors but Tony said it would be better to get the set. We decided to try the combination and ordered 3 sets. After taking delivery we decided to not keep the countertops/sinks as it just wasnt right for our project. Called Bath Company and wanted to return the countertops/sinks with the restocking fee and was told they would not take the merchandise back. This would be acceptable if there was any indication that all orders are not refundable - but there was no verbal indication or written indication that all sales are final. Never would do business with an organazation that is not customer focused.

We remodeled our master bath; gutted it! What an endeavor! I purchased my tub, steam shower, sinks, bidet, etc. all with Tony Daily's help and guidance. He is extremely knowledgeable and responsive to emails and phone calls. No pressure on any sales; very casual.

Tony and John are really helpful, even if you are not buying anything. No pushy sales. However, the quality of products is excellent and the prices are as good as online. Don't waste your time. Visit the Bath Company. We are going back because we liked a faucet we saw there so much that we had to abandon our Kohler faucet plans.
