Horrible experience with Servpro Lake Forest South. Run as fast as you can away from this company. My fire occurred in February 2017 and they still have not completed the work. As a result I am homeless and they blame everyone else for the delays! They have made a lot of errors and don’t take responsibility for them and it is costing me thousands extra to correct THEIR mistakes. I’ve never dealt with a more dishonest group in my life. It has caused me so much more stress than the fire dealing with Vince and Chris, two of the owners. They demanded more money than they legally could up front from me and not understanding the process I paid it and trusted them. NEVER AGAIN.

We used ServPro for restoration as well as reconstruction. From on-site employees to customer service representatives, this company was professional, courteous, quick to respond and a company I would highly recommend for your water restoration and reconstruction needs.

In working with and speaking to Esmeralda in the office, I found she was always professional and helpful. Matt and his team were professional and made me feel that my concerns were heard and addressed. The team was respectful, efficient, and friendly.

Our company had a short term rental trashed by a tenant (think biohazard, rotting food, animal feces, etc.). I called ServPro the week of Thanksgiving and even during a holiday week they were so responsive! They were able to schedule us immediately and start service very quickly. I see why these reviews are all 5 stars. Everyone on staff was great! The guys that came out were extremely professional and patient with my elderly mother whose bedroom had flooded. These are genuinely good guys that you can trust!!! Businesses like this are hard to find and too few in between. Big thanks to Chris, Sergio, and George!
