Great customer service- Susan was very quick to help find a replacement faucet for the broken one I had brought in. I had tried a handful of the local big name stores like Home Depot an Lowe’s with no luck but was in an out of p.i.p with exactly what I needed at less than half the cost I had expected to pay. Wish more businesses were as knowledgeable an eager to help like precision installation products was for me

I was in a pinch as I had taken my house down to the studs in an extensive remodel and was unhappy with the electrical bid my general contractor provided. I called Justin and within 48 hours he visited my home and provided me with a quote for all the new electrical throughout my house. His quote came out not only cheaper but also included more lights as well. Throughout the project, the company showed up on time and completed the work as promised. They were professional and had a good attitude as well. It can be tough finding a good electrician and JKB Electrical won't disappoint you!

Brain responded very quickly to a minor emergency while I was highly concerned. Thoroughly inspected all areas of concern, figured out quickly from where my problem stemmed, and changed outlets, wiring and breakers that caused some significant problems and concerns. We had a problem with a breaker blowing whenever we used the microwave and toaster at the same time. We tried resetting the breaker and it did not work. So we began the task of trying to find an electrician on a Friday... Not fun.

Brian came out that day and tracked down the problem in a few minutes. Got us back up and running. Then charged us way less that I have had for service calls in the past.

We were so impressed that we had him come out the next day to install a new GFI power outlet in our bathroom, fixed another GFI he noticed was not working properly, install 12 hard to reach LED retrofits and replace 9 old ugly outlets. All done in 3.5 hours! ...and again for less than I have paid for far less work. Efficient, clean work, cleaned up after himself... I can highly recommend this company!
