So my mother used this service at her home, had a new shower installed, a couple minor details that are annoying. 1) The shower valve is low in the wall meaning a 3 foot tall person it would be the right height for, as opposed to where the drop eared 90, hopefully you used one, I know it's pex piping, still, see photo, I recently changed the shower head. 2) I'm trying to fathom why grout was used instead of caulking where plastic shower meets tile, it's been less than a year and the grout is coming out. 3) I don't know exactly what my Mom picked out for inner design, and I can't ask her because she is no longer with us unfortunately, but one small little shelf, she may have wanted that, who knows. 4) Hot water angle stop in same bathroom is turned off, I assume it leaks, nobody checked that? Turned the hot water on at the faucet? I am in the plumbing field myself as well, maybe I am a little more critical than others, presentation and superior service at every customers house should be number one. That is my goal
