I was so happy to find a company that repairs swamp coolers! I'm especially pleased with the responsiveness and honesty of their operations manager, Harry who represented his business very well. He went above and beyond in explaining what could cause problems with swamp coolers, even told me what parts I may need to have it fixed. He made it clear that they want to take care of people and said he'd be happy to stop by when I was ready to have him take a look and

added there was no pressure to do it. Most companies are pushy. I told him I couldn't afford the repair this minute but he said
not to worry about it no pressure and call him when I'm ready. rdy. He had offered to
Stop by and give me an idea of what I'm looking at. There would be no charge to come out. Really, I am so impressed and would be happy to recommend them based on their attentiveness and honesty alone!

OMG!!! Where do I start. So my AC was dripping water on the outside from the small pvc pipe in the soffit of my house. I thought my AC was going to stop working. Anyways I went on google and searched for technicians and that’s when I came across California Air Conditioning Systems. I called and was very surprised when someone answered as it was late on Saturday evening. The person who answered the phone was so pleasant and friendly. It was almost as if we had known each other prior to me calling because Harry was so friendly and he had the greatest sense of humor ever. Anyways I explained to him what the issue was and I asked him if it was possible for him to come by the next day. Harry said it was non problem and that he would come by after church. When he came the assessed the problem and explained to me what the cause of the problem was. He was very thorough, patient and honest. He took his time to make sure everything was done in the highest professional level. He fixed my ac and now I am not stressed out anymore. His price was fair and he sent me before and after photos. I will be using him from now on and I will be recommending him to all my friends. Thanks Harry. YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!

Harry and John were AMAZING!!!! This is my second time using this company. All around great customer service from the second I called! Alana was very friendly and very helpful over the phone!! I'm always very uncomfortable having service people in my home, but Harry and John were great, very professional and left my unit cleaner than the way they found it!! We just had a routine maintenance call and the price quoted over the phone was the exact price we paid!! These two guys even offered to change a light bulb for me!! Very honest, very professional and super friendly!! I 100 % recommend!!!! Thank you!!!

Harry Irvine and his team did an amazing job on repairing my furnace blower motor. Harry was here the day after we called him and had the system repaired very quickly. I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Harry and his staff. I’m a business manager and need their service promptly when our air conditioning breaks down. I called the 800 number and Harry was there shortly after. Came in , I told him what the problem was, and he quickly got to work. My last experience with this company was exactly the same! I've used California Air Conditioning Systems twice at my restaurant this past month. They cleaned up and figured out everything to do with my exhaust fan, hasn't ran this smooth since it was brand new. Great price on that and excellent customer service. We used them again this morning to service and clean up the AC unit.. again they went above and beyond with the quality of their service and my AC is now blowing strong and clean smelling fresh air. Harry and his team are great and come highly recommended!!!

The team came on time, cleaned out years of debris left by other professionals, then fixed our heating duct and we had heat again. The process did take longer than expected (due to all the debris they had to clean up), but they didn't adjust their quote. The term "professional" is embodied by this team. Thank you.

Great service! They came in a Saturday for an emergency. And they came back as soon as the parts came in. And they were done pretty quick! They even closed up some holes for my client so we wouldn’t have the problem we did again.

Horrible experience - overcharged for heater and labour. Threatened small claims court if we didn't pay original invoice after coming for 1 hour and charging for an entire day's worth of labour, 3x cost for the appliance from Home Depot. Would not recommend.

During the most recent heat wave in LA, our fairly new A/C decided to breakdown. Fearing the worst, and thinking we would need to stay at a hotel, i frantically called multiple A/C companies and was lucky to find Harry's company. His wife actually was the one that picked up. She heard our story and then next thing you know, Harry showed up first thing next morning at 7:30am. What a life saver. The heat in the area was over 100+ but because of Harry and his quick work, he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. While others were trying to gouge customers during this time, Harry was honest and easy to work with. Would highly highly recommend anyone to use them for A/C and heating work.
