The service was utterly unacceptable. They damaged our newly installed concrete steps and brickwork, despite acknowledging the issue. When I spoke to them about it, they took out their frustration on my wife and threatened to quit. Their departure left behind a mess of trash, among other problems. Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoided hiring them for a bathroom renovation, which turned out to be disastrous. They failed to fix the issues with both bathrooms - the toilet in one caused water damage to the hardwood floor, and the shower in the other leaked everywhere. When I brought it up, they abandoned the project without fixing the problems. What's even more laughable is that their plumber was full of himself before getting fired by his boss for subpar work. It's clear neither he nor his boss know what they're doing. Don't waste your time or money with this company - I'd give them zero stars if possible.
