Kazim is knowledgeable when it comes to Sub Zero Refrigerators and Viking Ranges. My Sub Zero is 25 years old and going strong - better to have a knowledgeable technician maintain your appliances than buy a new model which is likely not designed or built to the exacting standards from the past.

The most competent and diligent Subzero repair service in the Bay Area. No need to call anyone else.

We had an issue with inconsistent temperature control in our 10 year old subzero. The usual repair vendor had a week long appointment lead time and an unfriendly receptionist. I found Kazim on Google and called.

First, he uses a conversational AI agent to answer calls, collect issue information and book appointments, which in of itself greatly impressed me- he deployed the GPT LLM and connector apps and configured the APIs himself. It took me under 2 minutes to get an appointment set up for that same morning.

Second, he was on time, very professional and communicative throughout - instantly cycling through error codes and showing me the button presses to display them. Then he then talked through all the possible causes including control board, sensors, compressor, asked lots of questions about repair history, and clearly outlined his debug plan. Third, he promptly followed up to order the replacement parts that could potentially solve the issue, and came by the same day they were delivered to install. When the first set of parts he replaced did not end up solving the issue, he responded immediately to my Sunday text and asked to come over, that same day, to rediagnose. He fixed the issue the next day after consulting with Subzero.

Kazim did an excellent job fixing our sub-zero freezer problem. He explained details about his diagnosis and was constantly focussed on pleasing us (his customers). Kazim also fixed another unrelated problem in our refrigerator while he was here as well as he gave us some white touch up paint for rust spots. We were very pleased with his process and the results.

I had an issue with my Wolf Range – the oven’s baking element stopped working, and the cooktop was having trouble igniting. I called for service, and they showed up the same day. They replaced the baking element right on the spot and even did a quick maintenance on the igniters for free. Everything’s working perfectly now. I’m really happy with how fast and professional they were. Highly recommend!
