Technician who service our equipment is so rude, asked him what’s the issue with the freezer and he told me that I have to fix it if I had that idea that I’m talking about. It’s the second time he showed up for the same reason he did not diagnosed it right that’s why the issue keeps coming back

I can count on CRS to come out quickly and get the job done correctly. Nas knows his stuff and is super honest. Highly recommend.

We have a super old freezer that no one was able to fix. I have no idea what magic Nas did, but he was the only repairman who could fix our old freezer and make it work so much better than before. I couldn’t recommend another repairman to do refrigerator and freezer repairs more. He’s the best!!!

I cannot give less than one star. If I could, I will give this guy took my one month. Take a lot of money from me didn’t fix my project runaway he has a bad attitude he don’t know how to talk. He will charge a visit charge and will do nothing. He took my one month to find the screws coming today. Coming tomorrow coming today coming tomorrow and end of the day he said he cannot do it because he don’t know how to fix , just said my equipment not good because I didn’t buy equipment from him. This guy scammer.

Hired these guys to install a fully functional ice machine in my new deli. Here’s what this company did to my ceiling. Not only did they do this, they didn’t tell anyone. Like I’m not going to notice a 1500.00 hole in my ceiling. The technicians are dishonest and lack even an iota of decent work ethic. Here’s my results of using this company. Can you afford this sort of damage in your restaurant? If you can’t - stay away from this company. I will be glad to talk to anyone that wants more details prior to hiring this company. Absolutely stay away from them!

Hired CRS for a job in October of 2024. We were pleased with the service at this time until we had quarterly maintenance done on our refrigerator yesterday. When the tech checked the refrigerator (front case where desserts go) he asked us when was the last person to touch it. I asked why, and I was told that all of the screws were left very loose, allowing refrigerant to leak out. I was
told that vendors will do this to come back for more service faster The person we hired had no idea CRS had recharged our refrigerant until we mentioned it. We were told it was a poor service job and all the refrigerant that CRS charged us for (almost 1,000) had leaked out because of it not being closed off properly. After hearing this, I called the owner, and instead of wanting to hear what I had to say, he started yelling at me and called me “crazy.” He continued to talk over me and yell at me to the point I had to disconnect the call. Fortunately, I had it all recorded. Please do not do business as it was very unprofessional.

I have air condition that uses the old freon it didn't cool well and needed freon but otherwise was working fine. So, I ask other companies to add freon and nobody wanted to put in the addition freon because it was the old type freon instead, they want to sell me a new air conditioner. CRS suggested that replace the old freon with the new type and now any one can add additional if needed. It took about 11 lbs. of freon to replace it and it works great again. He did it in less than 2 hr., I watched him, and he knew what he was doing. I was very pleased with his work.
