My moms toilet had been leaking unbeknownst to us. We called Servpro of Martinez and Rick came right out to assess the damage. They made the process of drying out my floor and crawlspace simple and less stressful for me. I would definitely use them again.

This company replaced 2 windows in my home a couple of weeks ago. I did not realize how great having new windows would be until I started using these. They did an excellent job. Best work that has been done on this house since the repair started. Show up in a timely manner complete the job as it should be. Communication with me has been excellent. Concerned that the job was done properly to my expectations. I really appreciate the work that has been done. Thank you very much for an excellent job. I’ll give you 10 stars.

I contacted Servpro in Martinez when my husband incorrectly installed a new shower mixer. It shot off the surround and a jet of water flooded my bathroom and inside the wall behind my shower wall before I could even shut off my water main! Rick with Servpro came out within a couple hours and opened an access up the wall behind my shower. He pulled off some baseboard in the bathroom and then set up some fans to dry it all out in a few days. I’m grateful to not worry about mold because my mother has COPD. All in all, an easy fix. Thanks guys!

My family has used ServPro Martinez on a few occasions over the last several years, and we've always been very happy with their service. From cleaning up a flooded crawlspace, to restoring our kitchen after an under-sink leak (a separate incident), the ServPro team has always been quick to respond and great to work with. They've also moved heavy furniture for my elderly parents, and we found them to be professional and trustworthy. I'd have no concerns about sending them to my parent's house again, and will definitely use them in the future (should the need arise).

Mark helped walk me through some issues I've had with my home and what we thought was water damage. He has a gift for customer service.
