I had two appointments with Jon because something came up that I wasn't aware of after he was here the first time. He showed up on time, got the job done in a timely manner, and was very professional and courteous! I highly recommend him if you need electrical work don!

Showed me step by step where the problems were, how he'd fix them, gave me choices on how the job would be done, and provided context on why he would choose one option over another. Good prices (half of what I was quoted by another company). Worked quickly, and provided a quality final product. Most importantly, he was trustworthy, which was the problem I ran into before with other companies. He was the third electrician I quoted for the job and the only one that diagnosed the problem before quoting a price to fix it. I will be coming back to him in the future if I need more electrical work done.

We recently had Jon replace the electrical panel at our house-he handled everything from the permits to the inspections and he has been nothing short of professional. On Christmas Eve we had an internal power outage and we lost power to our electric hot water heater and loss power to several outlits. All the standard circuit breaker attempts we tried failed. We called Rod Electric, expecting to likely get a voice mail since it was Christmas Eve, but Jon answered his phone and even though he was in the middle of Christmas eve with his family, Jon to took the time to guide, instruct us and he help us to get our power fully restored. He did not charge us for this. The fact that the would answer his phone to help a customer, even in the middle of Christmas, I was super impressed!!! I will be using this elecrtician for my upcoming electrical needs. Thank you Jon!!!

John and his staff are the bomb! He got the right fan and followed up with me to remind me of my appointment, showed up and got the job done in 2 hours just as he said he would. He cleaned up his mess and completed the task! By far the best electrician and great customer service!! I would definitely welcome John back!!

Very happy with the work by Rad Electric! We called to ask for an estimate to convert an outlet for a car charger and he offered to come out same day to take a look at no charge. He was straightforward and explained what needed to be done. He got that done the same afternoon and took a look at a couple other electrical things we had going on in the home. Called about a new issue a few weeks later and he came out same day again! We’re glad to have found a reliable electrician and plan to use him as future things come up.
