Guys did an amazing job at our apartment. We're very glad that we hired them.

The technician showed up on time and worked to my satisfaction for assembling an arbor and for some handy jobs around the house. He was knowledgeable on the jobs asked and prompt in getting materials and finishing in time.

I had a small patch in the garage ceiling to be filled (12"x6") as Town of Los Gatos would not approve the inspection for a gas heater replacement without it getting addressed. Sent an open request on Yelp, there were multiple bids most of them asking several hundreds of dollars for a 1 hour job. AMD Construct was the most reasonable and they did a perfect job. Super responsive over yelp messages and text, extremely polite and knowledgeable personnel to do the job, dot on time for the appointment. Could not have asked for anything better.

I've contacted many many contractors and these people are the worst when it comes to communication and fees.

I had them install my kitchen counter top along with sink, garbage disposable and dishwasher

The installers were all good people - the 1 star review is for whoever the hell their management is.

They make false promises and point blank tell me that something will get that on a specific day and then no one shows up and no contact for days. On the day of payment they send me a receipt 10 minutes before and tell me oh btw these fees need to be added on. It wouldn't be a problem if they told me before hand but what kind of business does it after they buy supplies and materials without asking me first and then suddenly tell me by just adding on fees.

Trust me when I say go somewhere else. You'll waste your money here.

AMD Handyman has consistently done a stellar job with large and small jobs in our home. They are polite, courteous, expert, efficient, and reasonably priced. No complaints!

AMD Construct did two different projects to me.

First I get two patio/balcony doors installed in my second floor. They picked up the doors from Contractor Warehouse and installed the doors in two days (the doors were installed in day 1 but finish painting etc in day 2). They remove the old door and cleaned the place well.

Second project was I had an interior wall that needed to be redone with insulation due to sound traveling in the house. This work was done in one day but there were some issues around paint not matching around the seams. I called back and the team came back to correct it with no extra charge or issues or pushback. They also followed up after a week to make sure I was happy.

Overall good quality work, good service and good prices. Definitely will use them in my next job.

I had two and a half bathrooms in need of drastic remodeling at our home in Almaden. Removed wall tiles, relaid tiles on the floors, installed two new vanities, replaced all three toilets, installed granite around the bathtub, new shower door and plumbing, installed LED lights on top of shower stall and bathtub, replaced two ceiling fans, and painted all the walls and baseboards again.

Sergei did a great coordinating job, addressed all concerns, and provided constant estimate updates. The price was very reasonable for the work they did. It took a little longer than promised, and we had a minor issue, but it was addressed properly. Along the way, they found and fixed some problems left from older construction. All technicians were very competent and they did very high quality work. Our quality and finishing standards were very high, but we are very satisfied with the results. I would use AMD Handyman again and I strongly recommend them.

I have used AMD numerous times for work completed at my home and business. They are very professional in their communication and services. They keep me updated about arrival times and work status. They are well priced and have always done the job well and promptly. They work quick and the quality of work is great too. I call them for all of my remodeling and construction needs.

I chose this company to do my repairs. The workers themselves are great, but the management is terrible. They don't answer calls, they charge extra fees that I didn't agree to. The work wasn't done on time. The staff turnover in this company is because different people do the same work. Don't waste your time and money.

We are very happy with the work we had done for several areas of our home, mostly bath areas. The quote was very detailed, the communication for scheduling was excellent. Any changes in the scope were discussed and pricing immediately provided. All the pricing was fair, and all the gentlemen that came to the house were super nice and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend, and would use them again.
