Thank you guys you were really helpful throughout the entire process. I had a fire and water claim , I was I was overwhelmed with the situation I was in. Once Servpro showed up they made everything look so easy. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any fire or water restoration. They are the pros !

Worst service. My project manager told me not to worry all I would have to pay is my deductible. They all are liars. Do not use them. They overcharged and now I have to make up the difference. I hope I find a class action suit against them.

I called ServPro after discovering my fathers house had flooded. The kind woman who answered the phone (after hours) was extremely helpful, she took my number and called back right away to inform me the crew would be out in an hour, even though it was well after 8pm. I call this service! The crew arrived and began work right away. They helped with everything, from moving all furniture out, to taking care of the insurance. They emailed daily to inform us of the progress and when we would arrive on site, Shaun and the crew ensured they explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend ServPro Turlock!!

Recently my wife and I experienced some water damage in our master bathroom. We immediately called Royalty Cleaning Services who responded very quickly to assess the damage and discuss next steps. Their staff was professional and courteous and went the extra mile to educate us on the severity of the damage. We received updates before and after they performed the work which made a very stressful situation seem easier than expected and manageable for my wife and I to tackle with our busy schedules. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Royalty Cleaning Services and highly recommend them to anybody in need of the services they provide.

I'm really impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism of this company. I got the opportunity to watch how they clean area rugs and was amazed. It's not just a "wash and go" - it's a blow, clean and gentle dry. They had this beautiful Persian rug, and were using a special piece of equipment to first blow away all the dust, dirt, pet dander and other stuff embedded in the fibers. Luke Sanny explained that many companies skip this step, which means that "stuff" gets wet and soaks into the fibers when being washed, resulting in an area carpet that simply isn't as clean. "Behind the scenes" quality of service like this really helped set them apart for me. If you want the confidence that your carpets are really clean, I highly recommend them

We had our sectional cleaned today by Raul, he did a great job! He was professional and thorough. Everything was easy with this company, Beth set up our appt quickly and was very friendly and accommodating. We are very happy with the results and will definitely be using Royalty again in the future.

We had our carpets and tile floors cleaned by Rafael and were so impressed by the quality of work done by this company. From the initial phone call to set up estimate, to the estimate and finally to the actual cleaning was a very pleasant experience. Was using another carpet cleaning service but they did not get the carpets very clean last service. Friends recommended Royalty Carpet Cleaning to us and I am so glad they did. It was a bit more cost wise but huge improvement in value! They even offered to leave the air movers for us to expedite the drying process. Great service! Great staff, means a lot when you have them working in all areas of your home! I guess they could say... We fix cheep carpet cleaning jobs! These folks do a great job!

I can’t say enough how much we loved their work, their kindness, their professionalism, every single thing about the Royalty company was AMAZING! My 2 story house was flooded by our washer machine, it was a complete mess! They were on top of it all. No waiting, No unexpected things that cost more money, and their work was absolutely amazing! From the people who came in to dry the house, all the way until they shampoo the carpets, everyone was amazing, professional and kind. I’m so glad our insurance got such a great company to work with us. They did it all and completed such a huge job in time for me to have a huge Thanksgiving gathering at my house. There was a partial fire at home and the insurance company hired this company and they are the most incompetent people! They did a terrible job! They did not return the key to the house, they handed over the house, and even then Luke kept coming in. He was very racist in his treatment of my husband and me. I am sure that if we were white people they would have done a good job and treated us well, but since we are Hispanic they did a terrible job and were rude with a racist attitude.
