Excellent doctor

The worst service. They did not fixed the leak but took my money. Unreliable. Don’t trust them.

Dr. Konopka is simply one of the best doctors in the Raleigh area!

Dr. Konopka is the first doctor I visited who seemed to actually care about me! It was my first visit (recommended by my mother who has been a patient of his and had great experiences) he addressed all of my issues even though he could've said to come back another time for those because this is just an exam. He basically saved me two other visits by doing everything he could and he spent an hour with me!! Wow! He was very nice, caring, courtesies and direct at the same time. Made me feel comfortable to talk about any problems I've had and what I loved the most about the office visit, that not only Dr. K asked about how I feel emotionally, but the nurse did before him too (can't remember her name unfortunately) , which should be always recognized as a possible underlying reason for physical diseases! Especially these days when people just rush in their lives. So he prescribed me a new birth-control, a NON-ANTIBIOTIC anti inflammatory for muscle and joint pains, recommended over the counter cream I've haven't tried for skin condition yet, diagnosed my TMJ which I've been suffering from for years, and gave me a dermatologist and gynecologist referral, ordered a urinalysis and blood work right there at the office, so that's further points for having their own lab in the office. All that at first visit! Front desk was professional, and didn't have to wait longer than any other offices I've been to. Place looked clean except for the bathroom next to lab. I will see him in three months for follow up and hope to have the same experience again!

Called 7 times no answer

Called at 9:45pm with my problem was here in 30 mins to fix my problem in 30mins.

Very professional and solved my plumbing problem in a timely manner.

Martin is very knowledgeable in plumbing, he can get rid of the toughest clog at very reasonable price. He works very effectively and efficiently.

Great service! Same Day, knowledgeable, friendly and unclogged our mainline stoppage in less then 30 minutes! Amazing! Glad we called Martin. He is our guy for future work.

He came out TWICE. He was professional. Very Fair Pricing & knew how to fix the problem.

He gradually worked up to the bigger & heavier duty machines while trying to find a simple solution that didn't cost me a fortune.

The lines underneath the toilet/mop sink/3 compartment were clogged and he was able to clear it out. Prompt solution and very reasonably priced. Also provided some insights on how the clean-works and how to prevent the backup from happening.

Straight-forward, called before coming. On time.

Again, Fixed the problem, very fairly priced, and professional. What more?

We had a pipe burst underground and started flooding the whole downstairs bedroom. I called Martin and he came and fixed everything within a day. Great job and customer service!

Edit:
4 months later and water leaked out from the same place. I checked out their contractors license (I should have done that in the first place) and found out it's been expired since I first contacted them in June. I tried calling them but the number was no longer in service.

Satisfied with this plumbing service, more than happy to leave a review to share my experience. Razor Rooter was receptive to questions asked through email. Two toilets were replaced at price quoted. Reasonable prices. Technician quite effective and professional. Highly recommend this company.

If you are skeptical about about trying a new plumbing company, I felt the same way. Razor Rooter is a professional and trustworthy company. I have used them on four occasions and I have been met with honesty, professionalism, and fair prices. They are excellent for clean outs (good price!). I regret all the times I called the "other" more well known companies. I would have saved hundred of dollars. I will continue to use Razor Rooter Plumbing - easy choice. No need to search for another company.
