I made an appointment with them through home warranty company. We had set an appointment few weeks in advance. IE appliance emailed me few days before the appointment date to confirm. I waited all day but no one showed up, also their voice mail was full so that no way to contact to them. I needed a service desperately. Very unprofessional.

Heat wave and AC decided to stop cooling. Called Empire at 9:00 pm, left a message. Chris came out the next day. Reliable, professional and honest. I have used Empire in the past and always confident with their service.

I called for a dryer repair and the service call was $99. I told him it wouldn't spin and that my wife also broke the door switch. He glanced at it and wanted to charge $345! I had said yes at first but luckily he didn't have the switch in stock. He said it was the belt and the switch. I ordered both on Amazon for less than $30 and installed both in less than 30 minutes the very next day...

Nicolas was excellent from start to finish. I reached out about my dryer not heating, and he was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue.

He clearly explained what was wrong (heating element and thermostat), replaced the parts, cleaned out the inside of the dryer, and even took the time to oil the moving components. You can tell he really cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through it.

Everything is working perfectly now, and the pricing was very fair for the amount of work done.

Nick was incredible in his repair. He worked with my husband and was very attentive. He was able to come and repair the issue with our refrigerator. I would absolutely recommend him again and if something happens again with my appliances I will call him.

Came to my home and found the problem quickly. I thought I had the wrong amps for the oven thinking I was going to have to upgrade my electrical panel which would have cost me $6k. He found the problem which was a switch at the gas connection that I didn’t flip properly when Installed. He only asked for $50 dollars but I was so happy with him I gave him $150. Great guy, very polite and knowledgeable.
