When we entered an agreement with DRD based on a rough estimate of the project, we never dreamed that we would get a detailed schedule of what would happen start to finish on our 3 month project before they started. We didn't have any expectation that every thing that was on that detailed list would happen on the date they said, but it did! Even inspections! We didn't know the refuse from the project would be collected in "Yellow Bags" about 5'x6'x3' and hauled away as they approached fullness, but that is what happened. We didn't expect that every subcontractor would be a pleasure to interact with, but they were! That our project manager would be there practically every day - he was! We did expect competence, and often it seemed to us they were artists! The counters and backsplash are simply beautiful! We didn't dare hope that the detailed bid would be less than the estimate, but it was! On time, under budget, with flair! Then they dropped off a bound book with before and after pictures. Fans for life!
