I am using their cleaning service and very happy with their work. Even though they charge much more than I used to pay, they do great job and it is worth of the money. I recommend their service.

Terra has just cleaned my house for the past three months. I went into the relationship with high hopes, but found the work to be sub-par, and unfixable. I tried to work with Fredy, who is a really nice person, in order to establish some ground rules for his employees, but nothing worked. My home was cleaned this past Wednesday at a cost of 120.00, and the entire living room was virtually untouched by the cleaning people. It is the dustiest, most used room in the house. It's not too much to ask to have it done correctly.

I'm a stickler. I really care about a clean home. These folks cut corners regularly, and I complained about it, but couldn't get it fixed.

I highly recommend Terra Cleaning Service. They are top notch at what they do. I love how clean the house & Office is every time they finish their work. They are also flexible and can work with you on any specific cleaning needs. I have them come to my house every two weeks and I'm a very happy customer!!

We recently just moved to the Morgan Hill area and wanted to have a regular cleaning of our home. Freddy came out and visited our home to estimate the scheduled cleaning. He was energetic and thorough with his observation. He also recommended products to use for our hardwood floor and marble kitchen top. I especially like his friendliness and flexibility when it comes to scheduling. Freddy runs his business as a person, not as a boss to his employees. He would roll up his sleeve and work with his people.

Also, I really like his employees. Although we don't talk much but I can sense their sincere and dedication in their work. Thank you ladies for my clean home!

We have been working within Ricardo and Lourdes Santana since 2019 and are so happy with Santana’s cleaning service. Local, family owned and operated is important to us. We have solid wood unfinished tables and chairs around the house, plus real French oak hardwoods floors and they are in perfect condition! We trust Lourdes and her team around all of our important and special belongings. Our house is always spotless when we come home. Most of all they are wonderful people. I highly recommend them!

Update: Dec 2023 we sold our home and moved. We asked Ricardo if he could do our move out clean, and move in clean on our new house! They did so good! Our old house looks like we JUST renovated, and our new place is spotless!
