We called twice for electrical repairs in our new house and never got a response. Not even a “we don’t do that”.

I've been using Nick at Vineyard Electric for more than 10 years for all of my business and residential electrical needs. Always does a top notch job.

Nick came by the House and really went the extra mile - we are very happy with the light replacements, switches and he even found an issue in the garage and fixed it! Highly recommended! A+++

We needed a ceiling fan installation and a few light replacements done in our home. Josh from Discount Service Electric was very friendly, prompt, and answered every question we had with detail and exactly what we needed to know. The ceiling fan looks great, works great, and it was installed in less than 2 hours.

I had an issue with a few outlets in my living room and garage spontaneously losing power last night so I called this morning to see if a technician could come out and they sent someone out not even an hour later! Robert was awesome figuring out which outlet was causing the issue and it took some process of elimination to get to the culprit, but he was so patient and genuinely seemed like he enjoyed figuring out what the issue was. He told me he liked diagnostic work and also educated me on a type of surge protector to use to plug my Christmas lights into so that if they cause an issue it will trip the surge protector and not cause power loss anywhere else in the house. Highly recommend this company and I’m saving their number so I know who to call next time :)

The electrician they sent , was rude , and ended up leaving without looking at the house .
His excuse was lack of communication with the owner .
That would be myself .
I spoke to him when he got to the gate , he was already upset and rude.
Then he left because he said I would not call him after 10 minutes of being at the door ???
Thank God I didn’t hired them for the job .

Very happy and satisfied with their service. Responded very quickly and same day service. Friendly and courteous staff. Technician was very knowledgeable. Will use for all future electrical needs. Highly recommend.

My tech Cuyler was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time and addressed my needs quickly and completely. I thought Discount Services Electric was fair in it’s pricing and will use them again when the need arises, as it always does when it comes to electricity.

Robert Visconti did a great job for us moving and adding some outlet boxes and adding some new circuits. We expect to need similar work in the future, and are planning to use Robert again.

As usual Cuyler arrived on time and fully equipped to do the work
He had the first job finished before I was sure he was even here. I needed some advice as to how to handle a 2nd job and I got terrific advice and a game plan to match.

Josh was very knowledgeable and worked really hard to complete the job. He adapted and came up with creative and inventive ways to troubleshoot and install our fixtures. Robert was the embodiment of courtesy and professionalism. He was always mindful of each room's surroundings and careful to preserve them as they were. The office staff made sure there would be enough time for all 5 ceiling fans to be installed. The communication all throughout the process was wonderful.

I like this company. It's the 4th time I've had Robert come out. Simple job this time and he was in and out in 30 minutes. Quick efficient and great work. Love the new name.

Well, I thought that real customer service was gone, until I discovered Discount Electric Service. My job was installing 4 ceiling fans and 2 light fixtures in my hew house. Robert, the electrician on my job, discovered that 1 of the fans was defective with probably a bad bearing, and thererfore would not rotate smoothly. He could have just installed it and said not my problem, but he let me know, and I went and replaced the fan. They agreed to come back out and install the 4th fan AT NO CHARGE. This is service!! DSE has now become my electrican source of choice. I am planning additional work with them.

We called DSE because we were not happy with our experience with another company. DSE was great right from the first call. Our technician, Chris, was very professional, and efficient. We were very pleased with the service.

We called DSE a second time for some electrical issues, and to get an estimate for a Level 2 EV charger. Chris came out again. He was great. He diagnosed and repair the electrical issue promptly. The quote for the charger was very fair, and he was able to install it the same day to save us time and money. It is great knowing we have someone we can trust when we need an electrician.

We called DSE for a third time because none of the outlets in our downstairs bedroom were working. Chris came out again. He was able to diagnose a potentially dangerous wiring problem and fixed it on the spot. We feel very confident with DSE, and know they will be there for us when we need them.

DSE installed 8 new smoke detectors for us earlier this year. In the last two weeks, they started to go into alarm sporadically. We called DSE, and Robert came out. He made some adjustments, which lasted for a week. We called DSE again, and they sent Robert to come out and replace all units without us even asking. That is the true mark of an excellent company!

Very happy with Robert's work. Great job and wonderful communication. Easy and friendly transaction with their office as well. Will use them again for future projects!
