We had a “no heat” situation on one of the coldest nights in the Bay Area this winter. Terrible situation. We called Good Guy Services, and they were out here in 20 minutes on an emergency call. Anthony quickly diagnosed the issue and fully educated us on what was going on. Like we assumed, our heater had crapped out and needed to be replaced. But he gave us a temporary solution within an hour so we don’t have to suffer the cold. Came back the following day and changed out our furnace for a new one. All done thoroughly, professionally, and with expertise. We of course also signed up for their maintenance plan. Don’t want to run into this situation again in the future.
