Jatinder is very professional and knowledgeable about managing and servicing pools. I recently moved and was desperate to find a reputable pool service company for our new home. I called numerous companies but received no response from any of them. We had a recent storm and our pool pump stopped working. Not only did Jatinder answer the phone 🙏 but he was able to come over within an hour and fixed our pump!! I hired him immediately! He made us all feel like we were in safe hands to enjoy our pool this year! Thank you simply pools!!

I called Jatinder and within the hour he was at my house, walking me through my new system, setting me up for success and following through on his follow up appointments. He has been very punctual and timely in his responses and as far as prices well I was expecting to have to buy a second pool with the cleaning service, but I didn’t feel that way at all with Jatinder and his team, if you’re in Oakdale or surrounding areas, I highly suggest them

We hired Jimmy a few weeks ago to service our pool and he’s went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Before hiring Jimmy our pool had not been serviced in months. He did a thorough pool cleaning as well as cleaned our pumps and filters. He even came by on a Sunday to make sure the pool was safe enough for our kids to swim. I was referred to this business by a friend. When I called, I wanted a new sand filter. They responded quickly. Got me what I needed and connected within a week. Last week I thought my pool pump was going out. I called and within 15 minutes they responded to my house. They fixed it within five minutes for a minimal charge. I appreciate the quick response and turnaround time and addressing my pool issues. I will continue to use this business for my pool needs and wants.

Filter and pump went out. They came over same day I called and gave me multiple options to choose from to fix. Very honest with pros and cons with each option to fix issue. They were able to replace both in just a few days at the best price. (I had 4 technicians come quote me for same job).

Jimmy from Simply Swim helped us get our pool back in service after being neglected by the previous pool service. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with our pool (his water analysis matched the analysis done at Leslie pools exactly). He is honest about pricing and helped us purchase a more adequate pool sweep (he even showed us the price on Amazon and was able to get it a little cheaper for us). He is dependable and always shows up when he says he will. I highly recommend him!

Great like other reviews said. He helped me via FaceTime to turn on my pump and will come out for large maintenance replacing filter equipment and reset cement pad and pool chemicals.
