Yet another company where you call one company with specific local reviews, but wind up being answered by a machine that needs my zip code to know where to connect me. With that done, the phone gets answered with the name of a different company than I thought I was calling and I get told they don't have the service I am seeing (they don't do repairs - even though the listing and website of the company whose number I supposedly dialed advertises that service). They do offer to connect me to a referral service that can find me someone, but that services won't even tell me whether they can offer such a thing without going through a major information harvesting session first. Nope.

Maybe dialing this number can eventually get you to something reasonable, but dialing the number I dialed at the time I dialed it just led to frustration and wasted time. If Oakland Roofing Pros actually answers their own phones in the M-F 8-5 kind of timeframe, I would suggest to them that they need to either get a dedicated answering service or remove their "Open 24 hours" posting and instead send off hours calls to voicemail. Where I got routed to is sending business to other companies and giving a horrific customer service experience in the process.
