Challenge Rooter was FANTASTIC though out our entire sewer lateral work that was required after a home purchase. From their front office communication to the workers who come on site, they are timely, respectful and most importantly, competent. I obtained three quotes and Challenge Rooter was the most creative in coming up with a solution for an old system with some twists and turns, and were very fair in working with us on cost. When a deluge of rain came, some of the dirt settled (a totally normal thing) and they came out right away, to add some rock and dirt and resettle the land.
