Driven by owner Jeremy, they are extremely quick and efficient from your first call to your invoice. I think he uses google earth to review your property and can put together a quote based upon that. I wish more companies would do that. The service was quickly scheduled, the gentleman arrived on time and cleaned everything beautifully. Invoice came thru and was laid online. Just a great experience.

The company made everything easy. We had a lettter from our insurance company that they would be canceling our policy because of Algae/blacks spots on the cement tiles. After we submitted the packet we received from Washed Out Pressure shock included an invoice, copy of their license & before/after pictures. The pictures were presented side by side which made it very easy to see the wonderful work they did on our roof our insurance company reconsidered and approved our coverage!

Highly recommend Washed Out Pressure Washing! I got quotes from four companies, and I loved how easy it is to get a quote for the exact services you want on their website. On the day of our appointment, two people arrived on time and ready to clean. We power washed our entire house, windows and backyard. I was super impressed how well they did getting the stains from the recent storms from our concrete in the backyard. Highly recommend their service :)

Called Washed Out Pressure Washing to clean our concrete tile roof. Our insurance company was claiming the dirt and minor algae growth was a hazard and were going to drop us. Jeremy provided a great estimate. Communication was great. Johnny and Steve were the technicians. They were right on time, did a great job, and took before and after photos. Super nice guys.

They also offer what I think is a superior service of actually getting on the roof and using a pressure steam cleaner to do the job vs. other companies that spray cleaner(s) on your roof from ladders.

Love this company! They came out and did 4 properties for me. Price is very reasonable compared to others in the field. Extremely happy with the outcome. Jeremy is very professional and super nice guy to work with.

I had my 40 yr old Spanish Tile roof redone using the same tiles which are very fragile. The dust was horrendous and my home needed power washing top to bottom, roof, walls, solar, as well as windows. First time power washing ever done. I went online, found Washed Out Pressure Washing that appeared to be the best. Getting a quote was simple and quick. Scheduled quickly, too. Guys did a GREAT job and were an amazing team! They couldn't do the solar panels because there was no access except on the tiles which were too fragile. When the job was done, the team conveyed to Jeremy, the owner, what happened with the solar. Even though I had contracted to have the solar done as part of the work, Jeremy deducted that amount from the bill without my asking. My note to him was about the honesty of his company and team:

We were STRESSED when we found out our homeowner's insurance policy was about to be cancelled due to the condition of our roof. After scouring the internet and reading many, many reviews, we chose Washed Out Pressure Washing to come out and clean our roof. Making the appointment was easy and Jeremy was very responsive and friendly in helping us. They did a fantastic job cleaning not only the roof but parts of our stucco that was stained as well. They provided us with before and after photos to send to our insurance company and we are happy to say that we got our policy renewed! We highly recommend this company and have already recommended them to our family and friends.

My home insurer indicated it did not intend to renew my policy because of alleged mold and mildew on my roof tiles. I contacted Jeremy and he was able to get someone out within a week. The work was done timely and well, with Jeremy sending before and after pictures to provide to my insurer. Ultimately, my insurer agreed to renew after seeing the completed work. I appreciate the quality, professional work that was done.

Washed Out completed a roof tile cleaning on my house as requested by the insurance company for coverage renewal. They did an awesome job! Very clean up top and down below. I have added them as a verified vendor for my business! Thier communication is top notch!!

Jeremy and his crew were lovely to deal with and they did a great job cleaning our roof, which looked brand new when they were done. It is a messy job though so if you have this service done be prepared for your windows and any ground surfaces around your home to be pretty dirty. They did do their best to clean off a lot of the dreck that came off the roof but it took additional cleaning by me afterwards to get it back to the level of clean that we had before the service took place. It's just a very messy process so set your expectations.

Great service...
One of the few companies I contacted that was interested in doing a partial power wash (i.e. only part of the house and roof) which saved a lot of money.
They did a great job removing the fungus on the stucco and roof. Looks great!
