Five stars for their honesty and quick replies. They were not able to help me out as they don't support the help I needed (and I expected this to be the case), and even went as far to refer me to someone else local. I really appreciate the fast reponse and clarity in communication. I'll call them first for future work.

I called him twice in the last few years: first with a dishwasher and then with a refrigerator. In both cases he responded immediately, extremely competent, right to the point, great repair, good price!

I have an old Wedgewood stove and the oven never worked. I've had a couple guys out over the years to look at it. R and B was the first to both get it working and explain to me exactly what went wrong and how to deal with it in future. Great service. Could not be more happy.

Rod is a treasure. He had helped me before, so I called him again when my old dishwasher was failing. Wendy was wonderful, fitting me quickly into his schedule. Experienced and expert, Rod recognized the symptoms, explained the likely cause, and offered options and advice. The problem proved improbably difficult, and he returned more than once without charge. Simply to encounter such a thoroughly pleasant, honest, generous person made me feel good.

I can be hard to please but Rod did it. He replaced the gaskets on my Viking refrigerator door and freezer drawer and while doing so he noticed that the new refrigerator door gasket was not perfect (which I would never have noticed). Because he wanted it to be perfect he immediately ordered another new gasket and came back later to replace it and adjusted the freezer door gasket (which had moisture problems).
Then he gave me some hints on what to do about the moisture problem that most repair people would not have known.

I called R&B when two burners on our old gas stove stopped working. I spoke with Wendy who provided an awesome breakdown of the potential repair costs vs. buying a new replacement unit. We'd been putting it off in the hopes to do a bigger kitchen remodel and upgrade and she was able to provide excellent recommendations on what brands are worth the money and which ones to avoid - largely because they have issues and/or do not have service crews who are familiar and able to maintain them. Much more than I was expecting from a short call - especially since Wendy thoughtfully advised that it wouldn't be worth our money to retain their services to repair our old unit. Needless to say, I would 100% give them a call if and when our new appliance needs it. Nice to see this level of customer service and neighborly care in a local business.
