When it comes to home security you need someone who has integrity, professionalism, and is knowledgeable. It’s very hard to find someone in the AV area. But Bryan with the tech for you is amazing. I had a problem with audio on my PTZ Camera and he just found what I had forgotten to setup. He is beyond the best trustworthy person I had the pleasure working with. I had a problem with an older system. Thetechforyou came in and offered a solution instead of trying to sell me a new system. They were professional, showed up on time and spent the time fixing and giving me a system I was very happy with. In this day where a phone call from a customer is met with a recording or a menu to press buttons, these men answer their own phone and most of the time on the first ring. That is customer service and extremely appreciated. I am still working with them and I am very satisfied!
