I discovered Royer and JMB through Instagram and liked the work he posted on his page and Stories. I initially DM’d him through IG and eventually communicated with him via text message. He was very prompt in all of his responses and we established a very good line of communication. We very easily coordinated a time and date for him to visit my home to give me quotes for a few projects I had in mind. With every idea and vision I had, he was very easy to bounce ideas off of and was very honest in what he was capable of doing.

During the initial quote visit, he showed me pictures of videos of previous projects and work he had done to give me an idea of what my project and vision could look like. At our initial meeting, he informed me how important communication between him and I would be which spoke a lot about his character. Within the next few days, he emailed a contract that had a breakdown of the work we agreed upon, the pricing, and the timeline of payments. He answered every question that was asked and provided pictures and examples of the work he could do.

Throughout his time working on the multiple projects in my home, he and his staff were very honest, punctual, straightforward, communicative, and had high integrity. Everyday he and I spoke about what he planned on doing and at the end of the day he showed me the progress that was made. Whenever there was a presented issue or possible problem, he informed me and we were always able to talk through his process and alternative plans. His care and quality of work were outstanding. He definitely cares for the quality of his work and it shows.

The work he completed included welding a steel picket fence with a privacy screen, steel welded horizontal privacy wall topper, adding cemented cylinder blocks to existing walls, installing multiple outside steel welded gates with locks, miscellaneous electrical work through the house, and stucco patching portions on the exterior of my house. Whenever I had another idea or wanted additional work included, he was very open and accommodating and provided me with an updated quote for the work.

I absolutely will be contacting Royer again for future projects and highly recommend him for any and all work that is needed around your home.

Royer and his crew did a fantastic job installing 2 challenging lighting projects. They are very efficient and take a lot of pride in the quality of their work. This was my first time working with Royer but won’t be my last. JMB constructed our full bathroom renovations, our privacy vinyl fencing in our backyard and our front perimeter gated fence. Royer is very professional and very detailed with his proposals and his work! His crew was also professional and very friendly. He met all deadlines. JMB is an incredible construction company. If you need anything done at your home (big or small!) they should be your first call. Below is the latest project. I had a gap between by home roof and garage roof. Whenever it rained it would cause a minor flood in that space. No one had any good ideas what to do until Royer came up with the concept and delivered!

I contracted Royer to update several bedroom closets and his work exceeded my expectations. He was able to take Ikea closet modules and completely customize them to suit my needs. He replaced laminate flooring, fixed drywall, installed closet headers and added modern, no-baseboard drywall trim on the interiors which was all custom. I’ve already contracted Royer for additional project and highly recommend you do the same! Apart from the work, I really appreciate that he is honest and direct in communication and understanding will make sure his work is not done until you are a satisfied with the results! Call him!
