Our home needed a need water heater since we have been having issues with the old one for quite some time. They came out and replaced our old unit with a tankless one that works so well we can use multiple showers at the same time which is important for a busy family. They were very efficient and through, replaced it within a few hours, and gave me information about rebates I could claim with the city. I found that very thoughtful of them. I would highly recommend PRI and would definitely use them for future services.

Andy and his team have done work for me as well as for our HOA (condos and townhomes). VERY RUDE, came to my house to snake the pipes, the first time everything went fine, then the 2nd time he came because the other bathroom was acting up he came back for free & snaked it and it started working, then after one day it started backing up again, so we called him again asked him what to do about the problem totally gave us attitude telling us we are gonna need this its and i'm gonna charge you this time, only because the 2nd time he did it for free which was cool i appreciate it, he started saying its gonna cost 275 for the camera okay cool, then he said 5k for this and that, so started making up all these cost and we just say forget it, because he just didn't wanna drive a few miles down to help with the plumbing issue, to me he doesn't know much about plumbing.

Absolutely recommend! Mel was able to fit us in for same-day assistance. Really appreciated that Jesus the technician explained everything and I felt comfortable going with King rooter.

Eduardo was very professional and came out to give me an estimate the same day. at a very reasonable price . plus he has the latest technology. i spoke to 2 other companies before that and it was like i was begging for them to come out and give me an estimate. one scheduled it and then cancelled me last minute. he was awesome!.

Had an emergency drain clog that back up my entire house !!!
Mel and his crew came over soon as possible.
They clear my clog and got me flowing again.
He even offer multiple solutions to my problem.
