From the start I could tell that Adkins was a professional. He was on time, personable, and listened carefully to what I needed. Then, when he understood what my requirements were, he made his recommendations. There wasn’t any pressure, and he didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me on additional services or products that I didn’t want or need. In my experience, professionals like Adkins usually come at a premium, so I was pleasantly surprised when his bids were some of the most competitive. Adkins made picking Bay Energy Solutions out of my pile of bids a no-brainer. When the day came for the installation, his crew showed up on time. They were all polite, friendly, and answered any questions and resolved any concerns. In all it took them 2 days to remove my existing unit (attic install) and install a new heat pump. The fact that I remember all their names is a testament to how much they impressed me (I’m awful with names, just ask my wife). When it was all said and done, we came away feeling good about spending as much as we did for the upgrade. And I’m certain that’s NEVER happened before. Ever.
