Highly recommend Patterson's Plumbing for their expertise, convenience and considerate personnel. I'm very pleased with my 2 new toilets. Ron answered all questions to my complete understanding and assisted in unexpected ways.

Although the father and daughter team seemed nice - why I gave 1 star - the service charge of $185, I felt, was too much. I was given an estimate but was NOT told that just a service call is $185. Had that been stated at the time the appt was made I definitely would have called around. That is a lot of money to me. I did call after and speak to Crystal about the charge and she did apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately I will not be a repeat customer.
An expensive lesson learned, call around, ask what the basic service fee is. I try and give my business locally but sometimes it’s just not cost effective to shop small & local.

Update to Co response: As stated in my review, the fact that the service fee - amount - was not disclosed at the time of making the appt is the issue. It is not a small fee and therefore should be disclosed immediately to any customer who may not be familiar with these set service fees.
(I’ve updated rating as well to reflect the primary issue was not read or understood. While I appreciate that Co’s have many basic expenses/costs, all customers do as well)

Ron and Tim came out on time and did a very good job.i had a bad leak under my house they went under with all the bugs and spiders and fixed my leak. They are my hero. Thanks Ron and Tim for a excellent job well done

Very kind plumbers with a quick water heater installation. They were recommended by Wrightwood Mountain Hardware. They had the highest estimate of the two plumbers we talked to but we chose them because the hardware store recommended them and all of the communication was with the company owner instead of an employee (we spoke with an employee of the other company, not the owner). There were some leaks that he came back within a couple of days to fix and even changed out one of our valves at no charge.

These folks are absolute gems! Highly recommend!! Fair, honest, highly accommodating, and friendly. They will be my go-to for all my plumbing needs.

I heartily recommend using Patterson's Septic and Plumbing Service. Aside from the above positive qualities, I found Ron and Tim efficient, diligent and swift in resolving my clogged drain problems. They arrived precisely at the appointed time, got right to work, and completed the task in an hour's time. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, which I consider a reasonable amount. Their personable and professional service made doing business with them a genuine pleasure.

I've had the misfortune of needing a pipe repaired at least once a year since I bought my place ten years ago. Unfortunately, I've had many companies come and go. Many were unprofessional or just terrible plumbers. This year, I tried this company for the first time. I'm happy to say that they repaired my pipe without any issues. The only downside was that their phone had gone unanswered many times.

Ron and Tim were great to work with. They helped our team put in a septic tank and leech field on a new construction project. All were done promptly according to my plans. We also hit a conflict with another contractor but Ron's team quickly proposed a solution to get the project back to speed. As a professional architect, I would highly recommend these guys.

Replaced troublesome toilet, at a fair price and quality installation. I will invite him back in future to flush any of our plumbing problems down the drain.
