Fantastic service and repair. Called West Appliance to repair a broken Viking Pro oven burner. They did a comprehensive diagnostic, identified the problem, order the parts and promptly repaired the oven. They were professional, courteous and the oven is working like new. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to service high end kitchen appliances.

My fridge started making this weird buzzing noise and wasn’t cooling right. I called West Appliance Service. They got someone out to my place the next day, which was a relief. The guy knew his stuff—found the problem pretty quick and fixed it in like an hour. He wasn’t chatty or anything, just got the job done, which I appreciated. Price was about what I expected, maybe a little high, but it beats buying a new fridge. They did solid work, so I’d use them again if something else breaks.

Mark was thorough, quick and professional! He did an excellent job consulting and managing our expectations around a part we needed delivered, and returned promptly to finish the job! Now our fridge is purring!

Ivan came and immediately knew what was wrong with my refridgerator, BUT...he also recognized that our fridge wasn't very old and checked the date it was made and told us, yes, he could fix it, but it was still under warranty and we'd be saving money if we went that route--who does that these days? Totally appreciate his problem solving approach and efforts to save us money. If I ever need a repair person in the future, I'm definitely calling West Appliance, and yes, this is a real review!

Showed up on a saturday 1 hour after I called them and fixed the freezer on the spot. From phone call to working freezer, it was ~2.5 hrs.

I called in the evening and the next morning Ivan, the repairman, came on time - even early! He was meticulous. He did a temporary fix so my Sub Zero would work until the parts came. Then he came back two days later- early again - and replaced the parts. He even took a picture of the inside of my refrigerator so he could put the food back exactly has I had it! Angel, who answers the phones, was always helpful. I highly recommend this company

Got an appointment same day. Mark showed up on time, put booty’s on to cover his shoes, and troubleshot our Thermador dishwasher that wasn’t draining. He also serviced the dryer and fridge. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and sincere. Will use West Appliances again!

Ivan was our technician - he was professional, knowledgable, diagnosed the issue with our Subzero fridge and made the repairs - also taught me things about the fridge - much appreciated and a great experience. Everything you could possibly ask for in an appliance contractor, and more! Been using West Appliance Service for a few years now. Ivan has always been 100% punctual, available, HONEST, and reasonable. He has repaired several appliances at both my home and my rental property. And on one occasion when nothing was actually wrong he chose not to charge me. But I paid him anyway because we are really paying him for his time and expertise. If these are things you’re looking for in a contractor give him a call!!

Our dishwasher gave out yesterday. We haven’t had much luck with appliance repair services in the past. Our son who manages properties, referred us to Ivan at West Appliance who he trusts for his properties. He was here first thing this morning. He assessed the damages and suggested we not spend the money on repairs for our 10 year old washer. While he was here he resolved a problem we’ve been having with our stove. He’s also a very nice guy. Highly recommend.
