Installation looks good and service was good. Had a connection issue to my enphase device that took a few weeks to configure but it is all good now. I had a good experience and would recommend them.

I would give 0 stars if I can. I’ve been trying to reach out to them for the last 4 weeks to schedule an appointment to fix a third of my solar panels (9) that have been down for more than a month and keeps going to voicemail and no one calls back. Worst customer service. Least they can do is call back and say they are busy and tell their availability.

Please stay away from them. They shady, over prised, and unprofessional. Look somewhere else if you want things to get done.

DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD OF WHAT THEIR SALES REP SAYS. They use bad sales tactics to get you signed with solar contract. I would recommend to stay away or be ready to follow up on emails and phones for 3 to 6 months.

My home is now solar-powered! Chad Cole at PowerOn took care of every detail and responded to every issue/question immediately. I was in competent, caring, professional hands every step of the way. Wish I'd done this years ago. Couldn't recommend Chad and PoweOn more highly!

We've had 2 panels that have been completely offline and another panel that is offline intermittently for more than 6 months now. Solar Universe (Power On Solar) has come out 3 times to replace parts but it still has not been fixed. Horrible follow through, customer service is definitely lacking.

This company is Simply.The.Best. From start to finish. They care, they want to do things well, and they handle the whole process, from soup to nuts, smoothly. And they are human beings with dedication to solar power in their blood. You won’t go wrong with PowerOn!

We have two panels which have been off line for six months. Repeated calls to Power On Solar (Solar Universe) are not returned. I contacted the manufacturer (Enphase) of the panels and they were able to troubleshoot the problem but their local dealer (Power On Solar) refuses to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, other Enphase distributors will not service another distributor’s installation).

Are they still in business? I've left three phone messages and two emails over two weeks and zero response.

My wife and I have wanted to add solar to our house for years. Jeremy and the team made the whole process easy and seamless. They laid out all the options so that we could make an informed choice that worked for us. We love having it now and more importantly, we love not having a power bill anymore. Installation was easy and timely.

Made the Solar process of choosing and installing a very easy choice to use their service. All steps were explained and questions fully answered. Our system is producing as promised and savings us each month. To date we have had no bills from our electrical provider.

Power On Solar installed my solar back in October 2020. I noticed in October 2023, that somewhere in mid-September, o ne of my panel stopped producing. It has been extremely difficult and frustrating experience to get Power On Solar to respond to my service request. After several follow-ups they triaged the issue with Enphase. Enphase said that it seems to be a wiring issue or a malfunctioning microinverter. The microinverter arrived at my home from Enphase on November 3 and since then just trying Power On Solar to come and troubleshoot the system and replace the microinverter hasn't happened yet. When I call Power On Solar, the person in charge of the accounting answers and she has no clue about who I am and refuses to find my account number. Every time I call, I am told that the staff is in a meeting and they take my name phone number with a promise to call back. The contact person who was helping triage the issue with Enphase tells me after 3 weeks of followups that she is not the right person to help and that I should reach out to their service department's email address. Absolutely worst customer service. Their quality of work might be OK, but their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend Power On Solar.

Making a decision about solar is difficult and complicated. There is a lot at stake considering the system will last for decades and is not inexpensive no matter how it is funded. Power On solar was the 3rd company I spoke with about the decision to move forward. They were knowledgeable and authentic about the various approaches to a home solar setup. I appreciated that there was no pressure to move forward and all my questions were quickly and thoroughly answered. I ended up contracting with Power On solar and I have no regrets.
