Ric was great! He texted us when he was on his way. Very respectful, inside he wore booties. We have white carpet. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and now our AC units work like they are supposed to.

David is what all HVAC folks should be.
Expert, Reliable, Honest, Informative with Reasonable Pricing.
His advice was factual and probably best for the whole situation, especially over the long run.
Yet, all considered he repaired and maintained rather than replaced the system.
He did advise a longer term approach at a higher cost ,,, at a cost that was Less Expensive than other quotes, estimates or proposals.
His work was excellent and it allows me time to budget for the major work down the road.
Without question,, he will get all of my future work including the major work we discussed.
I will provide my highest recommendations to all my friends and neighbors.
I get tired of hearing warnings about "bad guys".,,,

Had a great experience with Art’s heating and Cooling . They were on time, very communicative, figured out problem quickly, were able to find part and repair the same day. They gave me all the info I need to deal with home warranty company. I definitely recommend and will call if I have a problem with HVAC!
