Burnie's team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I had a complicated issue with my "Chase" replacement, but no match for the Burnie's. They were able to solve the issue and get me a new chase installed (see before and after). Very grateful and I highly recommend this team.

Everyone at Bernie Fireplace Services was very professional and knowledgeable on what they were doing. Not only was my Fireplace insert replaced, but the entire flue system, the crown cap, and chimney cap had to be replaced! Everything was perfect. I just rented an older home and it had this strange musty odor. The vents were all filled with cob webs and thick gray dust. Emanuel's Ducts Care came in and did a deep cleaning on the whole ventilation system.

They ended up finding some old insulation that was stuck in there and removed it in no time! The odor is completely gone! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who has an older home here in Poway.

Our vents had a weird musty odor when the fan was running. We tried changing the filters ourselves, but it did not work. These guys brought their big vacuum equipment and fixed the problem. The smell is completely gone now.
