I had a water damage about a year and a half ago. I was out of town on vacatio. TCC responded while I was gone and handled everything so I could could enjoy the remaining four days there. The water damage process can be stressful but TCC was there the entire time. Please if you have a water damage or fire damage give TCC a call. They truly work for you during the process.

What an amazing company. They are so kind. AND CLEAN. I could not believe how clean they kept my project. Everyone is so nice and amazing work. They are very busy company I can see why! So thing may not have happened as fast as you want but I would never use another company. There is no way they can compare to them. They went above and beyond and I could not be happier!

Pride and perfection are this company's bywords. They just completed a great deal of work for me on a home I bought from taking down an entire wing, replacing it with a lattice fenced open area to contain my cats, building a tile shower (gorgeous), making a door with a window and a cat door, designing and installing a soffit for a missing one, painting several rooms, redoing a ceiling and more. When one team was finished another would come in and check on the job or add and then yet another would come in to make sure it was completed. If I had any complaint or question the boss would come and make suggestion that were better than any vision I had.
I have dealt with several construction companies over the decades and TCC is the best ever.

Our house flooded. My biggest concern was the quality of work and really didn't see a lot of reviews for TCC. I was very sceptical at first. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that has been completed so far. Jeremy warned us it would take a long time, and was able to negotiate with our insurance to cover what we needed. Sal is a master drywaller, I've been around construction most my life and he's the best I've seen. You can see the seams where the builder of the house did the drywall, but Sal's work is seamless and perfect. The painters also did a fantastic job, over and beyond what I could have asked for. We still need cabinets, counters, and flooring. I'll post pics when it's all done. So far, I'm super happy with their work.

I just don't know where to start. I should have posted this some time back. Our home caught fire 🔥 on Jan 15th this year, on my wife's birthday. We lost everything! literally! I knew who we needed to reach out to. TCC General Contracting, and we have not regreted it one min. From the owners to their entire crew they have been non stop. We have passed every inspection. They have all gone out of their way. We are at 75% complete. My wife is a special education teacher, and they have met us after hours and on weekends to accommodate her schedule. Their experience shows, the concepts they showed us are amazing. My wife and I are super grateful! It's one thing to remodel a kitchen, but to rebuild and entire house is overwhelming. and they have taken on the burden for us. When the crew is there on Saturdays I enjoy taking them sub sandwiches to show our appreciation for their hard work. We are almost there guys. Thank you soooooo soo much!

I requested an estimate which came in at 18,000 more than all the other contractors we got estimates from. They are not willing to be flexible at all with their hours I am a teacher and I could not meet with them before 3 during the day. On top of that, since they would not meet I was trying to discuss things with them through email and got either no response or very little, and my questions were not answered. I decided to use another contractor because I truly felt I was not receiving good customer service and they were trying to rip me off. They tried to bill me $1000 for nothing. An estimate and a couple emails. He spoke once or twice to my husband on the phone. Buyer beware, don’t sign anything until you know you aren’t being ripped off or are receiving good customer service. Funny thing is even with their 1000 fee and all the work they were going to do plus some, I spent less than I would of with their estimate.

This company has some pretty incredible people here! I have had the pleasure of using their services and the owners and staff are amazing. They are responsive, fast and followed up to make sure everything was in order. If you are looking for a great local business than more than goes the extra mile as well as provides QUALITY work, I’d highly recommend them. Thank you Tom and Rachel!

Tom and his crew renovated my garage conversion that LA county flagged as illegal (got solar, my mistake =D). After 2 years of getting it approved on paper, it was finally time to have it actually done. I have only good things to say about them. Tom could legitimately almost predict what the LA county inspector was not going to like and was right every time. He did things by the book, which when dealing with the county is of the upmost importance. Him and his team went above and beyond in making the house look brand new with top quality work. The entire renovation (400ish sq ft) cost about 35k. This was done while i was 100% out of town and not a single thing went wrong on Tom's end.

I literally cant recommend them enough, and cant thank them enough. They earned this 5 star review and hope people decide to use them. They deserve every ounce of your business.

The service i received from TCC when I had come home to severe water damage in my home due to a busted toilet was amazing. TCC made me feel confident that they would be able to put my home back together as quick as possible and they did such an awesome job. they made my home better than it was before! thank you TCC for answering all my questions with such care and understanding I could not be happier! This company is simply amazing. Our house burned down and TCC rebuilt it. We just moved back in and the house is stunning. More importantly the team has been incredible to work with. We’ve had TCC do tons of work both inside and outside our house over the years and once we started working with them, we’ve never considered going with another contractor. Their work is so high quality, the attention to detail on every project is so high and no stone is left unturned. Tom, the owner, shows up at every project which is impressive on its own but he is also so creative and thinks up tons of ideas for whatever it is we’re having done. He takes the time to talk through every detail of the project, suggest ideas for how to make it better and what works well. If you want someone who will be a true partner in completing a project and not just take one or two notes and do whatever they want, Tom is your guy. The office staff is also amazing, I have to give a huge shout out to Jasmine because she is so communicative and always ensures we have every bit of information that we need (and then some) and will answer all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. She’s one of the biggest reasons that we go into every project with confidence that it will turn out exactly as we wanted it because Jasmine makes sure everything is done and taken care of. Every person we have had working at our house does such a good job as well making sure things are even better than we expected and then also go the extra mile to do little things like tighten our loose door handle, or sweep extra dirt off the sidewalk in front of our house. It feels like everyone who works on our house whether it be landscaping, painting, cabinets, tile, plumbing, etc. they all care about our house as much as we do and we really value that!
