Great experience with this company. Very responsive when I contacted them. Showed up on time, very professional. Quality of work was spectacular, and their quote came in lower then all the other competitors that had quoted the job.

Can’t go wrong! These guys are amazing! Had them do my driveway and they were on time very thorough, when they were done it looked like a fresh poured concrete. All the oil and rust stains were gone! I highly recommend them!

All I can say is WOW! The guys at D&B Property maintenance are just fantastic! They completed a concrete and fence repair for me in record time, and still knocked it out of the park! I will be using them on every job from here out! Fellow Realtors, these are the guys to have on your team!

Dand B people are polite, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are reasonable. I have used them twice now and plan on calling them whenever I need work done at my house.

I had a slab leak and they poured some concrete. My kitchen tile isn't being made anymore so my extra tile is scarce. They broke 2 tiles and left a greasy reside on some tiles. Left concrete on some which can probably be scraped off. So disappointed because the plumber took such care to only cut the tile on the grout line to preserve what I had.

D&B does a wonderful job each and every time they work on our rental properties. Besides pressure washing they also do property maintenance, roof work, and more! They are always more than happy to take before and after pictures as well. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Devon for your Inland Empire needs, he is ALWAYS on track and is a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

I don't ever write reviews. But this bunch of young men is extraordinary. The friendliness and youthful energy is genuine. They cleaned my windows (high sky lights etc) and powerwashed my house. Price points were unbelievably fair and unlike anything the usual tired incumbents would try to rip you off on. I'm a gay man and dread workers in my home; usually they mention their girlfriend in 180 seconds (I'm not hitting on you buddy I'm just highly strung because you're invading my space). The two guys that turned up were massively respectful and unbelievably 'can do'. I was silent, concentrating on trading for my clients. So these guys spent their entire time inside whispering to each other so as not to disturb me. The work was excellent. There is no doubt in my mind that these young entrepreneurs will grow to have an enormous business in the Valley, if they continue like this. They will fully deserve all that that brings them. And you too should absolutely support them.

This is my 2nd time using D & B Property maintenance and once again I’m very happy with their work. They did some concrete repairs and various handyman jobs including patching walls and painting. I love these guys!! I especially appreciate their communication.

D&B Property Maintenance installed a french drain and concrete in our backyard. The installations were careful, exact, and look nice -- in other words, professional.
